We could get some comments about this news from the Administration?

I doubt Bossland wants to comment on the fact that his business, his job, his only source of income is about to go down the drain - The fact he is about to become a blue collar worker is probably very sad to him.

I for one dont mind after how Bossland gmbh treated their own customers the past year

lol with the ruling on the lawsuit they are obviously trying to grab up as much money as they possibly can before they close the doors. I mean you might as well end all the lifetime subscriptions at this point and be greedy little fuckers because you already lost the war. It's a win-win for them. If people give them more money? awesome. If they hemorrhage clients for being complete assholes and having fucked up business practices? who gives a fuck, they are not going to make it long-term so why would they care?

Yea, doesn't look good. The amount asked by Blizzard is also minimum to make it easier for judge to say yes, but $8.5 million is enough to cause serious damage and potentially close down HB. If this comes to pass, the only option is to declare bankrupt and close shop.

JG

and it's not even a new suit, it's just asking for a default judgement based off non compliance, there is a very real chance that the judge will rule damages in their favor... i guess bend over because blizzard is coming in dry!

Blizzard Wants $8.5 Million Copyright Damages From “Cheat” Maker - TorrentFreak

Well, tnx HB, it was my good time. Im HB user since first release ....

Interesting article. I wonder how Blizzard intends to seek retribution from Bossland though - maybe there are some international fair trade laws and international intellectual property laws they can use but only time will tell.

Reading through the info I saw this line...

The German outfit Bossland is behind several popular cheats including “Honorbuddy”, Demonbuddy, and the currently unavailable “Watchover Tyrant”

I had a sensible chuckle when I read the words "currently unavailable" I think Watchover Tyrant lasted all of 10 days before being permanently shut down and has been forgotten since.

you will get all the updates about the legal cases against Blizzard as soon as we get the papers, like we do all the time :)

also about this thread,we got your feedback about planned price plan changes already but its not something negotiable since bot market changing rapidly lately

so we had to adopt those changes and take the appropriate actions in order to keep offering our services to you
