Honorbuddy price adjustment from March 31st 2017

Here comes the White Knight Brigade in full force again I see. Always saying "thank you" and "good job" while taking it in the behind. Please spare us the apologies. "Keeping us safe" ... really? Give me a break. The HB team clearly can no longer keep up with Blizzard's banhammer. They seem two steps ahead now. The only way HB can ever keep up with Blizzard again is if they had a double agent leaking their anti-botting strategies to the team. You guys trying to justify quadrupling the original license price is laughable at best. And expiring keys on VERY short notice was a big F U to customers. The fact that you can sit there and be okay with this is a bigger problem than what's going on here.

2: Banwave every 3 months is not "Keeping us safe"

Paying wouldn't be an issue if the product wasn't defective. Banwaves are happening way too frequently for them to think they are worth all of these price increases.

And that's the main issue for me. Not only are bans happening more frequently, when it's brought up, these guys are snooty and rude a-holes to paying customers. They really think they're better than everyone else and scoff at people with legitimate concerns ... and that rudeness extends to the Moderation team here. That is not how you run a business. If Amazon ran their customer service like that, they wouldn't be where they are today. I've actually never seen a company with such self-righteousness before.

I say this, if you can guarantee that I'm not getting banned again again and again(with eventually a refund somehow if that happen) well that I would accept. I don't mind the cost,but the product should have a minimum of security.We know, if u bot,u get ban eventually, but jesus but this is not the right time to change your " package "
Also, usually, you reduce the price before you shut down everything, more ppl buy more revenue you get.
But in the end we are going to get banned LOL

some other companies offer for 7e monthly unlimited seasons(on one IP) ......... :(

The fact that this post was made simply stating the new changes, no history, no explenation, no reasoning, no justification aboslutely NOTHING other then an empty post of crap, is absolutely incredible

Treating your customers like they are nothing to you.
 
Anyone can tell me whats the best alternative to this bot ? Not paying for this anymore .
 
Holy shit, that's getting ridiculous. I'm glad I jumped the ship after the last banwave.
They're no longer simply trying to make money with the bot, they're now milking the users from all their money before shutting down.
