Honorbuddy price adjustment from June 1st 2016

I just want to add...you can charge 600 usd or euros for the bots idc, when i post here, just ask for a "better" way to pay maybe? NO, not sex you dirty! :P
Monthly sub or something, so i dont spend 200 bucks on something i dont know if im gonna be happy with.
I have 2 Life time keys, for HB and DB my main games to play, i got one account of D3 banned, one account of wow banned and other account two times suspended, idc, i love you guys, you made me look a way of "gameplay" that i love.

So, long story short...all your products are amazing, great support, mostly great community, just think pls for those who can not afford pay 200 eu just like that :$

Sorry but what? you are saying it costs somehow 200 euros for a key? and if you wanna see if you're happy with a product - perhaps dont order 5 or 10x3 of it? it's not their fault you're running many bots and want more keys - frankly that just says that you like the product to begin..? Also - there are a monthly basis payment availible, it's just really expensive in the long run.
 
Is there a multiple session lifetime upgrade for a single session lifetime? I'd be into that.

What in the land of fairies happened to this Bossland? You guys are just opening yourselves up to another Lawsuit and this time a class action one. Bad move. But you all probably know that and are just trying to stay afloat for as long as possible before giving up. Go out with some damned honor and dignity. This move cost you all a lot of face.

"Class-action lawsuits" per say, dont exist in Germany..
However there is a very similar system known as "Klagenhäufung", which may be very applicable in Bosslands Lifetime Key Controversy.
 
Or just support a new bot that does not act like this, its as close to scam as it gets... I have changed to a new bot because of this and im happy... good luck, even though i hope this brings Buddy down in the dirt
 
Hi, I purchased my lifetime key before Jun,1, 2016 and it now says expired when I attempt to log in. It also says expired on the Buddy Auth Portal. I read this post and it says "All existing Lifetimes will stay the way they are. As will all Lifetimes bought before 1st June 2016."

Am I reading this wrong? That lifetime keys will stay as they are. Meaning stay active? If not, I don't see any option to re-activate my account on the Portal. I'm a client and fan.... I'd like to keep my account.

I'm 33 and i run my own business, If i was to offer something for 30 dollars a month, half way through that month i say just kidding its actually 60$ a month. How the fuck do you think people will react to that.
Its quite obvious you've never ran a succesfull business AT ALL because that would not be tolerated at all and soon enough you will be out of business.
As you can see I've been a member for many years and i don't post much but this is beyond ridiculous.... anyway off to cancun mexico lol

Bossland is running this forum as community but we're a company and main goal is to make money in order to be able to pay bills.
If you want we can restructure the forum to a ticket handling system only without PM or user to user communication like most other companies do it.

You can also ask Bossland for a service contract if you are not happy with the normal service you get.
I am sure that for the correct amount of money you will get your own supporter 24/7.
Come on there are ~270.000 users and only a handful is complaining. Most of the time because they are to young to understand how a business work or they simply do not want to read and/or do not want to understand. Trolling!
We are very very transparent if it comes to company decisions. We never simply inform you via email but we always create a thread to hear your comments about things going on.
So yes, we still listen to our community but you do not speak for everyone and we cannot make everyone happy.
It has turned into big business but sadly not into big money. You have no idea what infrastructure, fighting blizzard and other things cost.
If you want open up an own bot business or start slowly and do something yourself for this community instead of complaining only.
Start becoming a maker instead of a consumer only and if things go well earn money with what you create if you want. Atm. I only here you complaining about stuff that does not change anything for you.
You have your key and you are long enough member here to have seen the info about the incoming price changes. So if you wanted you could have bought lifetime keys before 01.06 if you were in need.

Sorry but after a long day like this I better stop writing now before becoming personal.
 
At least change your framework to allow people to be able to stream already purchased products to a new key, I don't know how many times I have asked for these issues to be resolved, I am still left with the same problems! I just get sent on a wild goose chase every single time! Now I am concidering a refund since I can't stream any products, my old key was cut off which was ment to be lifetime which I was more than happy enough to move over given the law suite to a new key that only lasts two years but I am not going to fork out to rebuy all streaming products because your support team has no way of doing so! as I am told! crappy way to deal with a customer if there was another bot that had all the developers I would simply move to that with this treatment.

It's a hit and run business what can you expect from Bossland....atrocious management :mad: your sold a key to a car but given no engine or parts to it! just a shell....if no one knows what I am referring to I am talking about purchasing a 200 dollar key for legion buddy that I am told won't stream my products I have paid well over 500 dollars for....because there is no infrastructure in place to do so....if there is actually resolve it, instead of marking all my emails as resolved or asking me for further information and still giving me the exact same outcome! I am sure I am not the only one who fits this category....at this point in time it looks like I will be moving on since any new key I purchase will not help resolve any of my issues....and since support always marks the issue as resolved when it never is, how can I use this dead product? you can't drink milk out of an empty carton after all! It's beyond a fucking joke now!
