How come even Noobbot have patch ready years ago? ""Currently, the latest version of our WoW Bot support World of Warcraft 5.3.0, we are the first WoW Bot in the world to update for 5.3.0, almost 6 hours before the US servers get offline for the maintenance. ""

Honorbuddy has more features and functions than Noobbot... that's why when you ask "what's the best wow bot" you get the answer.

Also they fight against lawsuits instead of running off with money, stop moaning about the time it takes to patch.

Because hb does way more complex shit than noobbot. Which hb in turn requires way more offsets which in turn requires way more internal testing and debugging.

Now the real question for you grom is why are you so impatient

Its not about offsets, it never really is, its more about making sure there aren't new security issues to worry about, that tripwire isn't set, things like that. The HB devs take their time and try to release a solid product.

Because I need it now ! And the patch have been out for many days so it should be ready a long time ago. But I love the bot. Thats why im wining :P

How has the patch been out for many days? US servers have only been up for 21 hours

I think the new patch was released yesterday, not many days ago..

.. If you need it now then here is the solution for that; take your ass over to noobbot, since they have it already to go for YOU.

good day

Dude. The dev. are home and watching tv. Thats not "doing the best they can". They should work overtime when new patches are out. Its not like they come all the time. Noobbots combat routines sucks, so im stuck with HB.

I hope that was sarcasm, because otherwise it was sort of ignorant.

The Devs do a great job making sure we have a good, functional bot that is as secure as they can make it. I'll wait any amount of time for a good product. There are fun things to do besides botting.

for example?

that's not your serious or? alone banned for such a statement you belong!!!

While he IS being a asshole, he isn't breaking any rules, so why should he be banned? Is this Soviet Russia? If we say something you don't like, are we going in the wood chipper in the town square?

Being a jerk isn't necessarily a violation of the rules.

Tell that to poor ol' sadisticelysium =\

This forum is apparently supposed to be kept politically correct at all times.

No, but if you were in Soviet Russia you'd show respect to people on the street.

The devs are responsible for several things, including updating the bot and managing the community. Unfortunately a new patch changes more than a few things, and in the past, we've seen the results of patches and their effect on development of the bot. Being a quiet member of several botting communities, I've seen the same thing recurrently, even in older communities like that surrounding Openbot. Patches = downtime.

The developers are doing you a service; either show them some respect or find an alternative. It seems like several of the older profile/routine devs have left already, and it's easy to see why when half of what you read is "HERE'S THE PROBLEM, FIX YOUR SHIT, IT'S BROKEN." with no log or information.

I'm honestly hoping some serious changes happen with the next build. One to avert any detection mechanisms that are currently in place (based on that huge pdf report I read about bots on these forums) GB/BG mainly and new unheard of methods and features that randomize the characteristics of a bot making it appear less like a bot...

Example a dead give away is running along the edge of a cliff (questing mode) or instead of turning around and running towards a directive (path) set forth in the profile , it will run in a loop backwards and along the edge of walls and rocks etc... and behind a fence instead of through the gate the fence creates...

This is a mapping/meshing issue at hand with the bot that I think is also part of the problem. If you randomize everything involved, you don't merit the risk of detection unless that randomization is not perfected.

In a nutshell what I am trying to say is meshing, ctm, and pathing in general needs to be re-invented because as much as people say it isn't broke... it really is.

I honestly wish there was a method where meshes could be customized to our own liking. And for pathing a visual method of editing and saving.

So if you lost your TV signal for a few days you would be okay with that? Or maybe lost your internet connection. You would just sit in your sofa and wait for it silently, for it to come back? Anyways. I found a free bot that have 5.3 updated, so I can use my Combat Routines. (PQR bot) Il stay silent now and wait for update.
