Honorbuddy Bans Statement

Just got a reply on my appeal with the following phrasing: "We have detected and verified that you used these from your location." Notice how they say location instead of account?
I wonder if that means something...

EDIT: I did not run HB on the account I appealed on. Hence the appeal. I told them that HB was up and running, but not on this account, they did not reply to that, you'd think they could at least have someone actually respond to the appeals, right?

I have a question for people in this thread.

Can anyone confirm that they actually saw it say in Battle.net that their WoW license was banned while the account was inactive during this banwave ?

I want to know if Blizzard's waiting for people to activate accounts then find out they were banned even if the site doesn't list it (or the ban activating may wait for you to add account time)

I think the biggest culprit in Blizz desire to smack down HB is the prolific use of the bot in PVP. It makes blizz look bad so they react to the public pressure by handing down bans. Bossland should really consider disabling the bot in pvp if HB ever recovers from this massiuve detection. It might help lessen the pressure toi suppress bots in the game IMO.

I can confirm that they banned 3 Accounts of mine... and one was not activ so yeah they do such crap....
 
I don't know if this can help at all but my account is safe despite botting on it. I haven't played with the bot since 3/23/2015 as I would only log in to do some Garrison stuff and off again.

I can confirm. One of my farmer accounts was banned and it was not an active subscription.
 
My facts are fine there is only one company that blizzard is in court with and thats the most successful botting company called bossland. No one else can come close to what these guys have done and achieved. you are blind to think that bossland wouldn't hand over everything to save there money and face. its a money game thats all it is and blizzard wouldn't bann for 6 months unless they had a hand in the cookie jar with the recipe right in front of them.
 
BG botting was out of control, i hated doing BGs. I'm going to start queuing for them now. AH botting/sniping is pretty bad too.
 
BOSSLAND / Honorbuddy staff... I am not worried about the PURGE an everything... I just want to know one thing from you guys, I want to hear one of you officially say that its NOT over, your not giving up on us, ur coming back!!!!??????

Guess what 6.2 is naval follower missions, and more Apexis Dailies, LOL... Have only seen 6.2 on the PT an already bored with it lol.

Perhaps this Banhammer can turn out to be a good thing, HB staff will figure out new ways of making Honorbuddy better then ever!!! Honorbuddy is not over right??? Tell me you guys are coming back w fire??????

It's funny you make statements like this with absolutely no proof and then go on in several posts after this telling people to not believe things they read on the internet....

Either provide your source, get the HB team to say that HB is coming back, or stop rumor mongering yourself. And by source, I mean a direct quote from the HB team that the bot is coming back.

There's been absolutely nothing said from every single one of these ban threads by the buddy team that the bot will be coming back.

This is why the banwave happend. Bots became a infestation.

Bg buddy fe was a joke. Discussed so many times but nothing was done. Even the start of a bg showed if u was a bot and nothing was done about it. Was it so hard to recode this into something more random or reliable?

We became to obvious in lots of ways. Anyone tried the glyph market to name one? Undercuts within seconds with 5 or 500 glyphs up.

Yolo all the way...we paid the price. Maybe we learned from it but i doubt it.
