[Hce]Garrison Turtle Mounts farming!

In your log you first used the regular profile which does not equip Tentacle Hat, Ephemeral Fishing Pole and Worm Surpreme, I saw it throw the fish and kill the mob and move back to start fishing again, so I do not see any issue here.


Then in the second part of your log you loaded the BETA profile which should use Worm Surpreme, Tentacle Hat and the Ephemeral Fishing Pole.
I noticed it did equip your Tentacle Hat, same as your worm surpreme. When you had the minnow, it equipped back your regular head item, and used the fish, killed it.
Then it moved back to the fishing location and equipped your Tentacle Hat again, same as your worm surpreme. So this seems to work as intented.

I did notice it did not attempt to equip Ephemeral Fishing Pole, did you had one in your bags while using the profile ? If not, the profile is fine, if you did had one I will have to recheck the profile.


Your issue with your pet killing the mob and unable to loot has come up before, disable in Singular the use of your pets, that should fix the issue.
 
It doesn't loot the cavedwellers, this is what I get when I look at the logs - just ran it again and watched it till it got the summon fish.

Did you had your pet, companion or whatever helps you killing the mob ?

Equipping back your original gear is handled by the "Auto-Equip" feature which is the bot, not the profile, no way to "speed" this up.
 
Yes I did - is there a way to disable pet usage for hunters in Singular? If so, where exactly do I toggle this? I tried to set all pet settings under Hunter specific to zero, but it still summoned a pet.
 
Wow nice job, this does exactly what you said it would for the beta, props to you. I would suggest to also include the highfish hat as it loots both the tentacled hat (118393) and highfish hat (118380) which other than how they look have identical properties. So your bag will fill with a combination of Ephemeral Fishing Poles, HighFish Hats, and Tentacled Hats.

Damn this is now probably the best garrison fishing profile I have used as it fishes until it gets a minnow, tosses it into the water digs up a hat and pole, attaches the worm supreme, hat and pole and goes right back to fishing. And anyone who uses this will notice that as soon as your fishing skill goes up because of the pole, hat and worm supreme you begin catching more and more of those minnows.

I highly recommend everyone buy this if you are interested in turtle fishing, but tbh once you have your turtles it can become your standard garrison fishing profile since it does everything it needs to do to get your the best possible fishing outcome and you dig up lots of sellable junk in the meantime and lots of fish to gut and sell and coins. It's just win-win!

Does this mean the BETA is working without any issues so far ?

Yes I could add that other fishing Hat into the profile, but I prefer waiting a little bit longer until I have got enough feedback about the BETA profile.

If the BETA is working as it should be, I'll rename the file so you people have 2 files. One that does not use fishing pole, hats, Worm Surpremes and the other that does use them, so people can choose whichever profile they like. :)
 
For me it worked great, no issues. But to be fair I only tried it with a caster, not melee.

So I found a slight bug. I believe it has more to do with additional plugins (need more testing) than the profile itself, which works awesome. So there have been times when the bot simply jumps into the water and once that happens its doomed, because it will just stay there.

I believe this might be due to having additional plugins like MIR running, which helps because you need some way to empty some of the trash out of the bag. You could probably tell people to not use plugins with it, but most likely its not as convenient. I wonder is it possible to have the profile check whether you are standing in the proper place? Because I also noticed that if i manually move the toon it just stands there trying to cast over and over, which tells me that once its doing its thing you don't want to stop it or move it. On that note, MIR will stop the bot anytime it checks the bag for trash. If the profile could check once in a while to see if its stupid in the water or standing there on land, before it attempts to cast, and move into position... would be awesome.

Again, best fishing profile I've used.
 
Worked perfectly on my main warlock, got both mounts like 3 weeks ago. Recently tried to bot this on my alt , just want the fish for gold. However, I found sometimes it won't loot the mob and also a lot of times（yes, a lot..) it won't swim back to the fish spot and stack in water.......Class: mist monk， Alliance. Is there any settings I need change for melee classes?

What exactly do you mean with "the bot simply jumps into the water and once that happens its doomed" ? Does this happen when starting the profile, using the minnow, etc.. ?
I have no idea what your plugin "MIR" does, but from what I understand of your text (My English isn't perfect) it checks for trash in your bags and vendors them or something?

The bot itself will move to the vendor when you have 3 free bag spaces left, so there's no need for an additional plugin.

Also, a log would help me also to see what exactly went wrong.

Do Monks have any pet/companion to assist you while fighting? If so, disable the usage of it.

A log would be appreciated to see what exactly happened. :)
 
I've since disabled plugins while testing it, and it hasn't happened since so I'm fairly sure it has something to do with it just not being in the right place when it tries to cast. If it happens again I will be sure to upload you a log to look at it. It's just one of those things that happens and I'll be watching it, which is very boring, and I start reading something or watching tv and i turn and look and its floating in the water. Like I said I can almost bet it has something to do with the bot being stopped during its movement back.

The plugin MIR2 is Item Remover 2 which does exactly that, but it has a lot of other features which is why people tend to use it.

As I said if i manually move it, it just stands there and acts like an idiot, which is why I think that is what is probably happening. It's really not a big deal because I think its reasonable to just ask people to turn off plugins like that especially if the bot will simply sell things when it runs out of bag space. If I find that it still does it, I will definitely upload you a log when I catch it do it.

I have no idea about this, I did receive 2 Sea Turtle while using this profile but I already had the Sea Turtle / Achievement.
Maybe someone else who uses this profile can answer your question about this
