HB ARCHIVES: TheBrodieman's Profile Compendium--DO NOT DELETE

I assume its been asked before,
but I'm bad with searengines^^

Is there a way to update your plugin via pox in a way?
Currently I'm using SVN to stay up to date, but not sure if it works as intended...

You'll most likely need to turn to outside information on how to setup HB to run my plugin over that type of server. Those types of servers aren't generally supported here.

Its standing on the field.
The most annoying part is when the bot buys seeds, flies back to the farm and then says it is done - without planting anything....

After reading thru the code all 16 profiles are going to need a moderate to major overhaul. I don't know why it's targeting objects not listed for it to use, stopping early, or standing still when objects are right nearby. Most likely going to take me a few days to research and correct at least 1. The rest will fall in line.

I really hope you find a solution for this, it's so frustrating when the farm profiles used to work perfectly and now hangs on about half my toons, trying to InteractWith an object that it can't.
Wonder if it's cases by wow client changes or a bug in HB; either way fingers crossed you find a workaround :)

I think I've worked out the stuck issues, but the targeting of a character's pet is beyond me...
As soon as WoW stops crashing on me while im testing.
 
Big overhaul done to the planting profile set. Should correct....all?...of the stuck issues. Please report any new ones (Rev 189 of profile set from plugin)

Although it's a clever fix, I can't help but think that these kinda of things should be handled at the HBCore side innately; it would seem to go without saying that if the item no longer exists, there's little point keeping attempting to interact with it. (eg I would have thought TerminateWhen="Unit(60172) == null" should happen automatically)

Some of the issue is phasing. A million farms all stacked up on one another. Sometimes they're invisible to other but still technically exist. HB sees them when you can't and try's to path to the unpathable. Also, players are around. By default if someone is 15 yards from an object IW ignores it. I made sure to halt that check across the board. Also I put more null checks into certain interactions, which should make them smarter.

There are still some issues with item use, namely facing it due to too close (or in rare cases, far) and the object gets blacklisted. It's rare (1/50 in my tests) but range checks made it worse.

Never was one ;) The Coin farm profile, however, is embedded with a chest search, and meat turn in protocols (as well as multiple quest support)
 
Hello,

I'm pretty new at botting, so this might be an error on my end, that I just haven't had the wits to figure out - anyway, here goes.

I wanted to use your very fine plugin to farm rep/coins on the Timeless Isle with my ilvl 515 ret paladin.
However, the rotation the bot is using doesn't seem very effective. More specificly, it takes a long time in between attacks/using abilities. Is this intended?

Another thing, when I try to make my toon go farm rep, he often double pulls, beeing a melee class, and he manages to move away from the aoe/stuff on the ground from the mob he's targeting, but if the 2nd mob does aoe/stuff on the ground, he does nothing and dies in most cases. Is this intended?

I ended up running him just to farm coins and BoA's, which I guess went ok'ish. In a 3 hour session he died like 25 times. :-/ Is there some way that I can optimize the bot so it goes more smoothly?

Hmm, the bot did not do anything.
it has updated it self etc. it just says "Update status on bot start".
and the stop/start button says "stop".

I had chosen what dailies i wanted it to do etc.
it did work before the patch. have not tried it again until now.

Unfortunately the HB output snippet is useless in diagnosing any issue. Please send a complete log file as an attachment. Also, I don't really understand the issue, other than "it doesn't work after last patch". If it's as simple as that, try deleting the plugin and reinstalling it.

A localized source for all profiles provided by TheBrodieMan Productions. Bringing my Dailies, achievement profiles (current and future) and my other coming projects to you at one location.

How To Install:

1) Download BrodiesPlugin.zip at the bottom of the page.
2) Place the folder from the zip into your Plugins folder.
3) Run HB
4) Click the Plugins button, and click on "TheBrodieMan's Compendium" check box.
4a) HB may pause for up to 3 minutes if it needs to download files. This is normal. Let it be. :)
5) If the plugin or Quest Behaviors are updated, the plugin will have you restart HB. Do so now.
5a) PLEASE NOTE: Since Profile Swapper and Pandaria Dailies V2 are now part of this plugin, don't forget to TURN THEM OFF before starting.
6) Once HB is up, the plugin is on, and downloaded, click on Plugins, TheBrodieMan's Compendium, then Settings.
7) Select what it is you want to do and hit the start button next to it!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SVN HAS HALTED UPDATING AS THE PLUGIN BELOW WILL DO ALL THE FUTURE UPDATING FOR YOU. PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND USE MY NEW PLUGIN BELOW!

Troubleshooting:
Make sure the quests you are trying to do are listed as supported (before saying "this quest doesn't work")
Make sure you are testing/running with a fresh HB install! This means deleting the HB folder and reinstalling. Do NOT delete Plugins, Quest Behaviors, Profiles or any Custom classes you use other than singular, unless you plan to just reinstall those too. Until the quest completion bugs are fixed, this is a DAILY NECESSITY!!!
Do not just overwrite your install with a new one, this will not fix it or count as a fresh install.
If you still have issues, please post, listing the quests/profile you are seeing issues with, and if possible, a log for me to use.

Soon if i activate the plugin, restart HB and select the tieless coin farm. Whole HB is crashing.
