HB ARCHIVES: Singular--DO NOT DELETE

TYVM Bobby for looking into this for me and finding my problem. It was such a pain to babysit almost every minute of farming in the case of mobs. And BTW, Trivial health I found in the general section of Class Config, not in the class specific. took me 10 min to figure it out when i didnt see it there lol.


It worked,,,i now switch to bear form imediately entering combat. now i can just aoe the mobs in a couple of sec and get back to farming

I have the biggest Respect for u and your Hard Work.
Sorry with the log that was my fault but i think u have found the issue/bug....
PW:s with user Settings will be Great =)

I have 1 Question Bobby, last week i was in an 10man Tdd Raid with my Disci Priest. My Job was to bind an Add on my Priest (Dark Animus the small add).
all was fine but the bot is casting Fade when he gots Agrro this is fine on the other bosses but there this was not good. I have disabled Fade manuell but can i disable this per Settings at this Moment ?

He wont use energy what so ever after opening, but uses defensive cooldowns such as evasion. I tried updating singular, and even using a different routine. Any help would be awesome as my rogue is now 40 and has been doing this since when I started him a few days ago.
 
Hello bobby,

Could u include a couple of settings for Balance druid ?

- AoE Count ( x mobs before executing AoE rotation )
- Wild Mushrooms ( Enable/Disable , it bugs a lot when it can't cast .e.g when in water, or mobs are on rocks/walls. )

phantasie22, Not silly at all. I have added a setting to Class Config --> Class Specific named Use Fade and standardized the use of Fade across the three specs. Thanks for the post and good luck with your Priest, Bobby53

Noki, Thanks for the post. Greatly appreciate the log file! It doesn't appear to be an issue with the Combat Routines use of Energy. The log is for a Level 23 Assassination Rogue, which will want to use Mutilate as the Combo Point builder, however your rogue did not have daggers equipped:

[22:33:29.967 N] [Singular] config error: cannot cast Mutilate without two Daggers
At that point it is basically stuck since it cannot cast its combo pt builder and will never get combo pts to use any finishing moves (after the 1 you get for the opener.) That will result in the behavior you described where it ends up only doing white damage. That is a requirement in WOW for the Mutilate spell, so if you can't equip daggers you should change specs to Combat Rogue so daggers aren't required for your combo point builder spell.

After resolving that issue, if you continue to have problems be sure to carefully follow the steps in the Reporting Bugs [CLICK HERE] post which describes the Debug Logging and Debug Spell.CanCast settings which will be needed to troubleshoot this issue. Additionally, it explains that either a LogMark or timestamp must be provided indicating at what point in the log file the problem occurred. It sounds like a lot, but if you follow those steps its pretty straight forward and ensures that I am looking into the problem affecting you. Thanks again and good luck with your Rogue, Bobby53

Mirabis, I will definitely look into the AOE Count. Look for that in an upcoming release. On the Wild Mushrooms bugging, I need a debug log from when they bug as I am not seeing it and I avoid settings for individual spell usage unless there is no way to auto-detect the situation to avoid. dont understand why it doesnt use frost mage procs immediately.

Make it prioritize Fingers of frost then brainfreeze then normal roto please
 
Having a bit of an issue with a priest using Power Word: Shield, even though I've tried everything I can think of to disable it. I'm a 20-25 priest at the moment, using questing bot and unmodified singular. When I was a lowbie (pre-talents), it would pre-shield even though I had pre-shield disabled. It has stopped doing that, but it still shields routinely when I'm above 90% health, many times when I'm at 100%. I believe I have shield set to 70%. I have also tried disabling use of speed boosts, though I don't yet have any way for Power Word: Shield to make me go faster.

In the log below, the first few logmarks and logs 8-12 or so all demonstrate the problem. The ones in the middle, the bot is doing a quest that doesn't really require fighting, but it was randomly shielding nonetheless.

This seems to have cleared itself up after I got shadow form, so disregard.

LowKey, Thanks for the log file and details! For Solo (Quesitng in this case) or Battlegrounds, there are three different points that Singular Shadow Priest will cast Power Word: Shield :

1. Running while Not in Combat: if you have the Body and Soul talent and are running (moving and not mounted) it will cast PW:S for the speed buff. There are actually a number of other criteria that can factor in if the botbase provides destination information (on where it is moving to, not all do) to avoid speed buffs for really short distances, but you get the idea.

2. Prior to Pull: if Shield Pre-Pull is set to true (which is the default.) Set to false if you don't want it cast prior to attacking a mob.

3. During Combat: if your health drops below the Shield Health Percent setting (default 60) -or- you are not currently in Shadow form. This latter condition occurs only while Solo or in Battlegrounds and happens regardless of Health %. The idea is that if you are in combat (so presumably taking or about to take damagae) and not in Shadowform it makes sense to cast to avoid having to re-enter Shadowform if its needed.

This last case is what is causing the bug, as it wasn't checking if Shadowform had been learned yet (since if it hasn't, it doesn't make sense.) Fixed in the next release

Hey Bobby, in an earlier post you wrote, there will be updates to singular, when will they be available? are updates just in a new HB release or do updates get into an HB Beta too? Waiting for Resto druid issues to be fixed...
 
Balance Druid - LVL41 - Questing

I set "Kiting" to False, and at 5 Mobs and Life 15% but my Toon always run away till 2 Mobs are around and is pulling all other Mobs. Very Bad in Eastern Plaguelands where all the Ghosts/Ghouls are :(

I set 3 Logmarks. In this Area it happens.

Hello bobby,

I am leveling a hunter now for fun and something else to do and was wondering, is it possible to put a pause before attacking to allow you pet to get to the mob and get aggro before attacking? I only suggest this cause sometimes when killing mobs, you send your pet and shoot right away getting initial aggro before the pet even gets there, where that isnt the major part of the problem, but if your attacking a mob with other mobs close by, they aggro to you instead of your pet. This help eliminate the need for kiting other mobs while your pet is on one.

Ilja, Updates are provided when the changes and necessary testing are completed. For now they are available via download from Post #1 in this thread and get rolled into HB distributions when those get updated. In other words, the most recent release of Singular is always available from this thread and eventually available in the HB update as well. -Bobby53
