HB ARCHIVES: Processed Issues from Honorbuddy Beta thread

(.609) Not sure what exactly happend, my bot was going and i was watching a show on the other monitor, i looked back over and saw the bot just sitting on ground inactive with this spammed in console:

[18:11:17.700 N] Error: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at Styx.CommonBot.POI.BotPoi..ctor(Vendor vendor, PoiType type)
at Bots.Grind.LevelBot.(Object )
at CommonBehaviors.Actions.ActionSetPoi.Run(Object context)

I noticed it only had 2 slots for inventory left so it should have been on its way to go vendor/mail but guess it didnt get that far haha. I also noticed it was very close to the place where it goes to vendor/mail, so it had to have been on its way already before it messed up.

I stopped the bot and hit start again, same error, however closing HB and letting it start back up (Via HBRelog) and it started working as intended again.

Any chance there is a SVN link for the beta so I can use that to quickly check for new versions?

Oh well, guess I'll have to wait. Anyone know the average wait time that it usually takes for it to be patched? (I know it can last more than w.e prediction we're doing, but the patch was so freakin small lol)

It's better for the developers to make damn sure that the program is safe for all of to use so none of us get banned. it usually takes a day or so but for our safety it well worth the wait.

Oh i totally agree :) Im outta here for the night, take care all, bot on.

Can we make it not run into walls and trees and be lost in it's navigation???

Also, as a edit:

I noticed that it's doing CTM correctly, but the bot is NOT following CTM, it's trying to move manually like someone is hitting the "Forward" key on the characters default navigation keyboard setting. It then stops as it runs into walls, attempts to recover it's path (unstuck) but then resumes moving forward... Thus the navigation issue.

I think that it has something to do with memory or the client itself as it loads, it's missing something... (Misfires.) HOPE this helps more! :)
