Kicks not loading for me when wanting to quest in BC

My last post was in the wrong area I don't see that it was moved maybe deleted. Anyway I have been using Kick's for some time now and I am on my way to outlands this had worked fine for the little while I was on my hunter but now I am lvling my mage and when I go to start it up this is what I get

I get the whole movin to type quest pick up over and over and over. This is while I am in org so I thought ok let me put him back in outlands but I stil get the same thing here is a log. This is not a profile-issue. You may have a cache-corruption issue that initially triggered the problem. We should clean that up, just in case:

Not a major thing, but i felt like this should be reported. Not sure if its known, just delete this post if thats the case.
The bot seems to be unable to change profiles when moving to outlands from blasted lands. Log says "[Fly][H - Quest] BC 58-70 [Kick].xml' does not exist." Just stands outside the gate at hellfire peninsula.
It does work if i load it manually.

I did what you had suggested but I am still having the same problem. Not sure what else to try to make sure that this works I may just bg my way to 70 and see if there is any change lol

Hi, Joba, and many thanks for the log.

Although this is not a profile issue, I tried many ways to replicate the problem (with the LoadProfile quest behavior). However, all attempts were unsuccessful.

I did change LoadProfile to canonicalize the path name of the new profile. Whether this will ultimately prevent this problem or not, I can't say. I've only seen one other person report a similar problem in the last couple of years.

I believe there is something unusual about your system, and that's where the problem lies. And without access to a system that fails in this fashion, it will be impossible to chase.

Do you have the Questing bot selected?

If so, this doesn't look like a profile issue. It looks like Honorbuddy just quits working, and hasn't even finished initializing. You'll need to make a post into the Support forum with your log, please.

There is nothing we can do for you here, since its not a profile issue.

Hey hey,

just started using HB yesterday, and im impressed with the capabilities.
A mate of mine suggested using your leveling pack to start a new char, which also is awesome.

I just found out a "bug" if you will, at a point he will try to get the Warchief's Command: Northern Barrens! - Quest - World of Warcraft quest, which became obsolete with 5.3. So it just spazzes out at the hero's call sign till you stop it.

I manually removed the quest from pickup-delivery so it prolly should function properly now. Im keeping an eye out though, since i dont know if the barrens still is a good leveling hub for lowlevels.

EDIT: Its stuck at conscript of the horde quest ( Conscript of the Horde - Quest - World of Warcraft) now, which is also obsolete. Ill try and remove that and see how it goes.

Been using honorbudy for about two weeks now, and i'm very pleased with it, minor hiccups here and there but nothing majorly inconvenient until now. My level 73 retribution paladin seems to have stopped co-operating with questing bot. Prior to this post I cleared the cache for battle.net, wow, and honorbuddy as instructed in another informational post. However the issue persists. Not sure if it's a profile issue or QB Issue, but i'd love for a resolution.

Found that if manually did quest "Rifle The Bodies" the bot continued on, this is something to look into.

"runlua: useitembyname(35792) 1 number of times while waiting 1000 inbetween"

Was what stood out for me, when the bot was not moving. Thanks again!

There is also a wrong waypoint for the Investigate the Wreckage quest Investigate the Wreckage - Quest - World of Warcraft.

This is the second time someone has reported this quest since the 5.3 drop. The first time was here--exact same issue.


@Kick,
Looks like we'll have to get a toon into this area again, and figure out what Bliz has changed this time. The quest is "Rifle the Bodies" in Dragonblight.

Profile Horde Fly 58-70 is a joke. He don't fly at all. Alliance version works great, but horde don't.

Line 1348 change GroundMountFarmingMode="False" by GroundMountFarmingMode="True"

It's better to let people think you don't have money instead of running around like a moron on your Albino Drake and get stuck everywhere with it, because it's too big.

Will you evaluate the recommendation about "Ground Mount Farming Mode", and take whatever action you deem appropriate?

I know about the mounts, I put a ground mount I want, but my char is a druid. It's a fly profile, so he can't use Flight Form to run around and then he choose the 1st available fly mount and that's Albino Drake. (Fly mount is set to Flight Form 33943)
By putting on groundfarming mode true, he use my ground mount.
