HB ARCHIVES: Kick's Old Posts Thread--DO NOT DELETE!

Currently trying to pick up a quest but it keeps opening and closing the quest window and does not accept, i've updated svn still happens and i have accepted the quest which the quest giver gives but it still opens and closes the quest window. I have added logs and screen shots in a zip folder :)

I haven't done any Qs manually yet in Borean and when it came to Fizz***** Airstrip two thinks happened:

1. Toon stands still next to the elevator inside the little hut. (NPC on second floor). Can't go up and just stands there. If i pickup the Q manually, "The mechagnomes" from Fizzcrank Fullthrottle it just stands there and looks around.
This is spammed on the second floor of the hut in HB:

2. When i manually stopped toon and put it outside the hut, it went straight left of the hut to the NPC "Mordle Cogspinner" and tries to pickup a Q that doesn't exist (NPC doesn't have any Q's). Now it just stands there trying to get a Q.

This is spammed:

EDIT: If it helps, the only Q available at the area is "The mechagnomes" atm. And the only Q left in Q log is "Monitoring the Rift: Winterfin Cavern".

yeah the behavior works fine, hb just flips out for some reason; it's on raphus' huge to-do list to fix whatever that issue is w/ stuck

as far as the 2nd issue - i'll need a log.txt

I managed to fix it. It was the 1st issue that messed up the 2nd issue. When I did "The Mechagnomes" manually, the other quests in the area became available. Now toon picked up the quest from Mordle Cogspinner as intended.
 
Perfect as always :) it was grinding to 46.

Now there is another problem: he look for the quest "To fuselight proper" but the quest is bugged and the npc didn't give it to me (i have already done the quest "Easily Swayed", I taked it on Fuselight town on the top of the mountain).

AAAAAAAARRRGHHHH.

Before that: After finishing the Vordrassil's Seeds quest in Grizzle Maw in Grizzly Hills, it mounts up and and stands there. After pressing space and flying out of the place it flew to turn in quests.

As far as the

"The Thane of Voldrune" quest.

What happened was, I woke up and the profile was standing next to the Flamebringer. HB was stopped because it was bugging out about the quest bahavior not being in the folder for whatever reason. After posting that I copy pasted the .cs from your quest behavior profile and loaded the bot. It started, it attempted to talk to the Flamebringer. I afk'd came back like 2minutes later and was dead. I watched it res and walk back to the Flamebringer where it repeated the same process of stopping at it and then running toward the quest NPC whilst aggroing everything.

I stopped it again.

I walked back to the Flamebringer and started it while trying to click on it to manually talk to it while the bot was running but didn't do it fast enough.

I stopped it, and started it again this time successfully talking to the Flamebringer. Jumped on Flamebringer and it got stuck (nowhere) standing where it spawned me ontop of him doing circles on itself. I flew into the air and it just kept flying back down to where it was. Eventually I clicked on the mob it needs to kill and it flew to him killed him and worked fine. Oh and the reason I stopped it after it successfully finished was because I had to change something. I was aware it would run fine after that.

So, what I'm assuming happened was is that it worked the very first time before the behavior.cs broke for whatever reason and then bugged out for me.

So since you said it worked I don't doubt you, but that's what happened to me. More than likely a bug because of the behavior.cs gimping out for w/e reason.

I'm having some problems with this profile. I'm leveling my warlock and when the bot does the quests at Spinebreaker Posts in Hellfire Peninsula it just grinds the mobs outside and never go to the objectives.
 
Hi there, great profile, but i have a problem... When i start the quest bot it is okay for like 10 minutes. But then something happens. In the log it says :

And this is what my navigation says:

Hey Kick,,

Im using you 1-58 questing from your trunk.. but who do i cange quest area.

im currently lvl 37 and im questing in southen Barrens ? how do i tell bot to change lvling spot ? fx to Dustwelleo Marsh
 
Level horde 14 mage doing barrens quest. Came back to the bot continuously running into stonetalon alliance npcs and dying.

Had died 24 times before I noticed.

After the turtle gets eaten, you get thrown all the way to ground level.
The CTM point you have it set to does not get you off the ground after that, so it 'cant generate path to:<xyz>'

Any chance of adding a space-bar press or somethin :)
You know the limits of profiles... I don't really.
