HB ARCHIVES: Kick's Old Posts Thread--DO NOT DELETE!

Having trouble with undead start zone. Stops randomly anytime. Hangs there and HB says "Moving to Type: QuestTurnIn". I dont interact with it as stated, and it AFK's then logs out. Tried it with the most current version of HB thinking that was the reason(even though your instructions clearly states to use build 4896) and same thing. I let it afk out 3 times. Then I started the profile again, RE CHECKED that I enabled the plug ins as stated and everything was tripple checked. I start the profile and again it stopped after dinging to lvl 4. I watched it go AFK, looked at HB it still said "Moving to Type: QuestTurnIn".. So this time I messed with it. Stopped and started HB. It moved a bit. Then stopped/started again. I waited. It went AFK. I stopped and started HB again, and this time he's going. So as of right now he's gone from lvl 4 to lvl 9 without any more interaction from me. I would post a log but there were no errors, nothing like that. Just said MOVING TO TYPE : QUESTTURNIN and stood there. Thanks.
 
Yah, I gotta say that other than starting zone hiccups (only used Goblin so far), this profile runs incredibly. One thing that blew me away (though it may seem minor to some) is that it actually makes use of setting and using hearth points. I had to intervene once during the Ashenvale set because it didn't want to go kill the sea monster things, but I haven't had to touch it any other time.
 
I guess this isn't the only profile this needs to bed added to, but my bot kept trying to kill "Midsummer Celebrant" out side area 51.
So I added this to avoidmobs

First at all this plugin is amazing!! thanks a lot. I have a question but i'ḿ not sure if this this plugging o I need other. Does anyone know if is possible to change the loot to automatic to manual? because some times i would like to say "I need this thing for off spec" but the bot click greed with no time to say anything xd. I'l try to looking for another plugging with no results

This is HB's fault. We will update to test version 2928 next release, which will be today.

We have updated those quests to use CollectThings now instead. It should be totally afkable now.
 
Despite some of the negative comments in this thread, I decided to run the profile and have to say I'm quite pleased with the results. My new Tauren Druid needs to level fast and having had various issues with profiles in the past, decided to give this a go on a fresh install HB. Sure it got stuck a few times and it does seem to insist on running through the Alliance camp in Southern Barrens but overall it works well. Made it to level 60 and a half in just over 3 days game played. I've decided to stop on it here for now though as I'm hitting the fire festival fires but will probably come back to it to finish up to Northrend.

there is a runto which isn't working, the given hotspot is not reachable wihtout flying there (he doesn't try to fly, the profiles says runto instead of flyto ... this is okay, it'S near an object to use, but the hotspot is the center of this object and not reachable)

replace hotspot

Is there a way I can tell the bot to start working on specific areas? - I'm lvl 77 and it's trying to do Q's in Borean Tundra. One of the problems with this is there is a Q there which does not work. It's a destroy the eggs quest. once all 10 are done the game doesn't acknowledge that it's finished so the bot just stands there. Also, the xp rewards are low.

I want it to skip BT and any other lower areas and only work on Zul Drak, Sholazer Basin, Storm Peaks * Ice Crown (if these are implemented into the xml)
 
Thank you for the answer. I dont use this pluggins I only use set the leader with lazy raider bot that's all, does anyone use this bot with loot manually?

Kick, dude, this stuff is ridiculously fantastic. Thanks to these profiles I will *finally* get a seasonal event done. For the first time in my WoW career (which started in Vanilla Beta ;))
 
Yeah me too, I am using the 1-60 Dwarf one, died alot to around level 6... But once I equipped his heirloom daggers and he got some greens he has been good to go... Currently averaging a level per hour, definately be donating!
