I'm using your MOP questing profiles (as I always do) with Singular for my mage. Normally I just sit back and let it run but this time I'm having a HORRIBLE experience. My mage runs into the hotspot like a damn cowboy, aggroing every mob around and THEN tries to kill 8-10 at a time. I've checked under settings and "Kill between Hotspots) is always off. I enable it and it will be disabled again. I can't seem to keep it on. I'm dying over and over again... I can't complete quests. Is this an issue with the profile, hb, singular, or other? Please let me know and I can attach a log if I must... I'm just not sure if its the profile.

Has nothing to do with Kickz Profile.
You should better post this problems with logs in the Combat Routine Thread, if this is Singular, in the Singular Thread. Maybe Bobby can change something.
But at all ... Lvling a Mage or Rogue is pain in the a**.

I have some issues now. His trying to mount all the time. I`m a paladin and have my mount(lev 21).

Now it looks like his limping all the time :/ So I cant use it. Tried everything I can with different mount options. same error.

I had the same problem LionKing, you need to buy a different mount and add the name in the Bot under Settings and tools, Mount, Ground.

I removed kick's profiles, tried again with a copy from svn and no luck, same error.

Tried with a clean copy and my other computer with a different installation of HB, both give the same error.

Every other profile I've tried works fine, I just grabbed a level on my 64 shaman and a level on my 82 hunter using Kick's profiles. No problem whatsoever, the character I get the error on also has had no issues up to level 72.

When doing the quest Emergency Response, QID:30504, URL
the bot does not fight back at all, it will run around aggroing alot of mobs, including elites and die,
this behavior was repeated until I stepped in manually.
SVN update is at revision 2542.

It starts around 12:18:17.370 in the log, I think.

In Valley of the Four Winds doing the quest Taking a Crop, QID:29940 ,URL
The bot again turns off the Routine and just runs around trying to do the quest getting massive aggro and dying.

For some reason, Honorbuddy is not 'seeing' the mobs attacking you while performing the objectives. The first step is to try clearing the cache. Instructions here:

The second 'fix' is nothing you can do. We'll have to switch from using HBcore's built in machinery to using a quest behavior that does a better job for getting the job done. You may have to do these quests manually in the meantime.



@Kick, another example of the "collect" variant of HBcore's <Objective> getting everyone killed. We need to switch these quests to InteractWith or CollectThings. We'll need a testbed to do this, please.

Got a problem with your profile/other issue, "[A - Quest] 85-86 The Jade Forest [Kick]".

In the begining it did go well without problems, now the bot get stuck at the fontain, in Paw don village. With the bot stuck saying "Activity: Waiting for respawn of MobId(64596)". I have tried on several computers with different HB installs and Warcraft installs. Cleared cache after the guides on the forum (exept, i dont find the battle.net cache folder)

Not much more to tell i supose, singular combat profile, Level 85 monk (WW), no addons, no WTF interface (repaired client + removed WTF)

Appreciate help here!

I am having the same problem with my alliance rogue.....I thought it was something I was doing wrong because I am new to HB. I tried deleting my cache folder and had similar results.

Aye, we know the quest Priorities! has issues. We need to summon Teng Applebloom, and do not have the machinery to do it reliably at the moment.

Please do the quest manually, turn it in, and restart Honorbuddy.

Character goes to a zone it doesn't need to and trys to generate a path in a direction it shouldn't be going.

Cache deleted, fresh installed same issue. This didn't happen two days ago when I leveled another character at this same range but apparently it's happening now.

*EDIT* May have found a fix, ill edit this post again to confirm.

- Yeah ok so I guess having the quests in eastern plaguelands active in your quest journal isn't a good idea if you're anywhere other than in eastern plaguelands. in some cases the bot would just run you to where you need to go but in this case it was just running me into a wall at random zones.

This is a user-error. At some point, you must've moved your toon manually from Eastern Kingdoms back to Kalimdor.

The profile has to issue very careful instructions to Honorbuddy for inter-continental travel. Honorbuddy in incapable of inter-continental travel on its own. A profile cannot issue such instructions 'on demand', but at specific points in its execution chain.

Just move your toon back to Eastern Kingdoms, restart Honorbuddy, and you should be off and away.

Still having movement issues. Cleared all Cache just in case. Kept navigating to a wind rider, but never would select a flight path. Level 11 Tauren, in northern barrens. It wanted the quest In Defense of Far Watch, but wouldn't go get it. Once I picked up the quest manually, and restarted HB, it worked ok.

There is no elevator at Razor Hill. Normally, I'd say this is a cache problem, but you say you've already eliminated that as a source.

If your certain you've cleared the caches correctly, then please report the issue to the Support forum. This is not a profile issue.

Alliance level 74 wants to pick non-existing quest from edit: Courier Lanson in Star's Rest (Dragonblight).

I cleared all 4 caches like the guide says, waited 15mins and logged in again. Tried to do some quest manually to make the quests appear, but still nothing. Currently, I have these 2 quests in my log: Projections and Plans - Quest - World of Warcraft and Kill the Cultists - Quest - World of Warcraft

Whenever I load the Horde 1-12 profile and any other profile for that matter, I get an error like this:

Hi i have a bug, im new to HonourBuddy and i used the manual to set it up

then i go to use any of the profiles (after doing the tourtisesvn stuff ect .. they load correctly (it seems) and then when i press start i get this in the log

Ok so I am starting to level a new toon and when I load the profile itll tel me hey compiling n barrens blah blah ( even though I was only level 7 ) It had me out killing level 13 and 14 mobs I loaded the right profile but it had switched to this one the 12-58 one here is a log not sure what to look for at the bottom it just kept saying moving to hotspot and had me running around this farm for 6 levels killing stuff

View attachment 4384 2013-06-23 13.51.txt My bot stopped in the middle of Desolace questing, and is now trying to start over from what seems like the beginning - it's running to the very north part of Desolace to pick up a quest from an NPC (furien) who isn't there. Quest name is "My Time Has Passed". I closed the bot and WoW and deleted the cache from each, but it is still doing it. Log attached.
