Brodie, I must say your profiles are excellent, but I noticed a small problem when trying to Cook up something after using Fishing to acquire the ingredients.

Here is what happens.

1. Bot fishes up everything required for the quest meal.
2. Bot opens up the Cooking pane in the game.
3. Bot does absolutely nothing.

I tried the following, and it fixed it successfully on my side.

1. Apply the "Have Mats" Filter in your Cooking pane.
2. Bot suddenly springs to life and cooks up the required meal.

Maybe you should add this behavior to your Questing Profile, so that quests such as "A Feast For The Senses" will not fail due to the bot freezing.

I can't get in game to verify this, but is it possible that cooking is like JC? Just having the crafting pane open is not enough you actually need to have the drop down opened on the specific category of item you wish to cook/craft. I also can't verify, but perhaps just opening your trade skills and clicking + to keep them open will default it to that setting?

is this some crap by blizz to prevent botting type behavior and annoy addon makers? or maybe its because of the new level a craft inside a craft thing with the master of the ways etc..

Make sure you are using PerformTradeskillOn.cs from my SVN. It fixes a looping error in the old version.
The reason the have mats filter fixed it for you is because HB's stock version of the QB only parses about 5-8 recipes before erroring out.

i don't get it how to load your profiles with the new HB update o_O

"Load Profile" -> "from web source" / "recent" -> which web source?! .. i can't even load the .xml files manually.. dafuq?

/e: nvm, had to go to your svn and using the links like: https://kicks-scripts.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/Kick's%20Profiles/1-90%20Questing%20Profile%20Pack/Cata/%5bFly%5d%5bN%20-%20Quest%5d%20Hyjal%2080-82%20%5bKick%5d.xml

so i had to click the .xml quest profile link on your svn and copy-paste it.

you click load profile, not the dropdown ...

been having problems with loot settings and harvesting minerals it keeps resetting so it wont loot dead mobs or harvest ore it was fine last time i used the profile but last few times it keeps resetting any ideas?

Dear Kick:)! Here is my latest log, although there isnt any problem with that, no errors. I'm just wondering: atm i'm on EPL - Eastern Kingdom, when i complete a quest, on the way back to town - my balance druid attacks all the mobs that see/target in range! any clue?

Jade Forest Alliance

Alliance - Quest Jade Forest
Question in question, the one where you head into the Jade temple to do a 'instanced' quest chain
my bot either crashed or i stopped it one day, and the next day it did not recognize it was NOT instanced. It would zone into the instance jade temple instead of the 'quest instance'. I had to talk to the npc again and ask for them to send me to the instance View attachment A-Quest Jade Forest Kick.txt

Same type of thing happened on the alliance quest "Cleaning House" in Valley of the Four Winds, it did not port into the brewery, instead walked to the jade forest in the lower right and sat at pearl fin village. I do not have this log file unfortunately.

Make sure the kill between hotspots is off in the settings, it'll turn it on everytime you start the profile

QQ on me:P

EDIT: i Uncheck it, i save it, and then it checks again automatically!.

U have tu uncheck it again after u start.
Some profiles turn it on (i think all except the pandaria profiles), and u have to turn it off again.

Hope it helps

Posting again because no reply :s

Thanks for the reply. Bought flying and it worked for a while... new problem now:
So my toon is 74, starts in star's rest in dragonblight. It took two quests there,
Rifle the Bodies - Quest - World of Warcraft and The Liquid Fire of Elune - Quest - World of Warcraft.
It starts with the second quest. Somehow he pulls tons of mobs and doesn't kill any. But that might be because of the CC. So i finish the quest manually, and relog HB. So we're back to Rifle the Bodies - Quest - World of Warcraft.
Here he's bugged and doesn't do the quest. He tries to open the quest item you get as a drop but as I didn't kill any mobs he isn't opening anything.
Also if I drop the quest he runs to an NPC that gives a quest that unlocks, but as he didn't do the prerequisites there's no quest: (Strengthen the Ancients - Quest - World of Warcraft)

EDIT: manually did the quests until Strengthen the Ancients - Quest - World of Warcraft seems to work. Have the same issue I have with the mage, he attacks anything in his path. It's less annoying with him because he has flying mount, but it still slows it down considerably
EDIT 2: so he did the quest and now he's stuck on another npc Image of Archmage Modera - NPC - World of Warcraft. I did a few of the quests she gives manually as a prerequisite for the other and now he talks to her without taking anything
EDIT 3: decided to level him manually to 75 to move to Grizzly Hills. Works fine so far
Another question, while waiting for a fix on my warrior, i'm trying this out on my lower level mage. So everything is fine except he stops and kills every mob on his path and the ones he doesn't need for quests (or if you need 10 kills of a sort he'll keep on killing them)

Hope this logs shows both warrior and mage

So basically I don't want my toon attacking random useless mobs is that because of the cc?

Have you (or anyone) been able to test if the ones implemented work yet? Sonic Disruption, Disassembly Required and Meltdown I believe
Haven't had Sonic Disruption for a couple of days, but last I did, it wasn't working correctly (forgot to report, sorry).

Not seeing anything for disassembly required?

Meltdown wasn't working last I had the quest, but I see you've updated it since, so next time I get it I'll be sure to let you know.
