HB ARCHIVES: Kick's Old Posts Thread--DO NOT DELETE!

Hey thebrodie, was doing Mistfall Village dailies(Second phase of Golden Lotus) today and noticed a couple of quests weren't on there.
Naturally, I was too lazy to do them myself, so I added them to the script for you.
I'm going to attach it here, let me know if this is a problem and I'll take it down.
Just added two quests, "Return to Rest" and "Starting Pandaren Uprising", tested them with my char and they seemed to work fine, but you might want to look over it, as I'm no profile maker.

Great profiles by the way, love your work <3

Thanks TehHuntorz. I made a few grammatical changes, fixed a few misplaced QuestIds, and a few PullDistances and Message Titles, but the framework looks sound. I added it in, made the changes in the root profile, and the quests are ready to test.
 
Thanks, yea, sorta just hacked it in there with whatever worked, figured if you had the basic values you'd be able to polish it up nicely, glad to help :)

While I'm at it, I don't know if I put this in the right place, but I also made an addition to the Boss Fights profile for Golden lotus, it's one that appeared after I completed the other dailies in Mistfall.

I actually have those partly in, Ive been digging thru wowhead for the Quest and Mob Ids, i just needed more accurate XYZs when theyre up. Only 5 up per day, but the kill quest is very simple to piece together. Thanks for those! :)

That completely didn't even come to mind... I guess my post was a newbish one! Honestly, I read that when I first SVN'd your collection, and I did not start it with a fresh install the day you released it, and it worked flawlessly! So when it started to skip... I didn't think twice about a fresh install!
 
Quite alright. I just got tired of typing the process out, and was merely stating that would be the last time. Glad its working though!! :)
 
OK...I only added a couple quests in, mostly user submissions...I bug fixed a bit...but its 1am and I am exhausted. I have lots of plans tomorrow, so work will be at a minimum, but I should be able to answer forum posts or PMs. Sunday comes a few more quests, I'm going to try and get some Shado-Pan or AC in. G'Night HB community. Thanks for all your help, posts, and encouragement!
 
Yo Kick - it's still stuck here, been a couple of days now. I've tried re-installing HB, clearing caches, etc. etc. Still stuck clicking on Ban Bearheart over and over...

The bot gets stuck looking for Wing Nga :O

Not savvy enough to edit it, but did wing nga move? He's over the hill and not at this location. How can I proceed manually so it stops checking for wing nga. This is in the 86-87 valley of the four winds profile
 
So with lvling... I have hit lvl 83... Should I bg to 90 or is the 85 to 90 working well with kicks profiles?

Am I able to leave it running and not have to constantly monitor it or can I just check in on it like the 1-83 stuff?
 
Hey, awesome profiles and they work for me if i select them all by hand but... and sorry for asking...
What file do i put where to make it go all afk'able.
I dont know what of those files are plugins in dont know where to put the script folder etc etc. and allso my questbehaviors didnt even overwrite something?!?!?

Hi guys. I wanna to fast lvl some chars with raf. 1-of em will be tank, other - healer cuz i wanna do it with instances. Can i manually tank with one window, and give control hb 4 healing to other toon with lazyraider? and /follow 4 example after fight? Thx.

To be fair. Kick does this every day. He's awesome anyway so why shouldn't you be? ;-P
 
Hi Brodie,
I have your profile now used a few days and wanted to have a few errors. Perhaps the profiles work well and I'm just too stupid to be set correctly.

Until now I have only the Shado-Pan monitored more closely.

-After he has accepted all the quests he does not choose a companion.
-During the quests do it simply stops time and doing nothing.

-The Enemy of My Enemy ... Is Still My Enemy! (ID = 31119)
If everything works well. Only if it is to loot the oil he does not do that. He opens the GameObject but not more.

Assault-Dead Talker's Plateau (ID = 31114)
He dies frequently, since he has not chosen a companion. When I was then elected himself a companion is not the opponents of running after and has not looted.

-Spirit Dust (ID = 31116) and The Challenger's Ring: The Voice Chao (ID = 31127)
He has taken on this quest, but not made.

The Golden Lotus, he has not done 2 quests.
Sparkle in the Eye (ID = 30265) and Fiery Tongue, Fragile Feet. (ID = 30342)
So what will happen after the lake I can not say. As far as I'm not fact.
