HB ARCHIVES: Honorbuddy Profile Pack--DO NOT DELETE!

ive been using the pack to lvl few chars in preparation for legion and i noticed that at around lvl 96-97 while in spires of arak the char insists on going to the ally village to mail even though its a horde char using the horde profile , which cause a chain of deaths and wait for death cooldown before ressing and repeating

wait for the finished honorbuddy release. its a public beta release, thats why.

This error for this specific quest is okay, and the bot should keep on running.

There's a DoWhen looping to handle spamming the Talon King's abilities.
DoWhen doesn't like to be looped, so it spams errors. But it shouldn't cause issues.

I'll mark this down to resolve the error output so it doesn't spam Honorbuddy.

Should be an easy fix -
Do you know the name of the village it's flying to?

They are the same profiles.

Anytime Honorbuddy is updated, the current version of this questing pack is included into the : "Default Profiles / Questing Profile Pack" directory.
However, these profiles won't be updated until Honorbuddy updates again. Which sometimes Honorbuddy will go without updates for months.

id like to note its an issue im facing since before pre-patch , the place is called southport.
it goes there bassically when the mail function triggers so it goes there to mail
 
I've been using this profile for 7 hours now roughly and everything was going great until i got to Raven Hill (In Duskwood) while accepting quest there the bot kept repeatedly running into a building in Raven Hill with the Veiled Fanatic npc's which one shot the character at this level (25). Not sure how to stop this. Its ran in like 10 times, waiting for rez everytime, then just running in. Not sure why as there are no quest in the building.

I think you quoted the wrong reply, lol.
Okay, I'll need to figure out which XYZ coordinates the mailbox for this town is using, then add a code that only tells the bot to use it if they're Alliance.

For some reason the bot had a point of interest in that building.
Do you have a log for this?

Logs are located within your Honorbuddy folder.
There should be a directory called "Logs" - which inside it should be sorted by your character name/realm.

I got the quest manually then started the bot and the same thing happened again. I stopped the bot and actually did the quest, and turned it in, then started the bot once again. It ran itself into the building again. These are the logs from after i finished the quest.

This seems to be an issue caused by Legion - those mobs were added in part of one of the Rogue's Artifact weapon quest lines.
I'll see about updating the profile asap to ignore attacking those specific mobs and setup a blacklist around the house itself to prevent the bot from walking into it.

I've pushed an update that will prevent the bot from engaging those mobs,
And I've also added a blackspot around the house to tell the bot to not walk into it.​

No problem. And could i just manually do the quest in that zone to force the bot to start a new quest line in a new zone? Or should i just wait for you to update the profile?

Does this update take sometime to take affect? I closed and re-opened HB and reloaded the profile, still ran into the same problem.

It depends on how you're obtaining the profiles.

The store updates twice a day at 11 AM and PM UTC.
The profiles that come with the bot only update when Honorbuddy does.
And, the profiles on the SVN only update when you actually update the SVN.
 
Uncertain if you need a log

But one of the starter quests for Pandaren named "Small, But Significant" your character will approach the Kun-Pai ritual charms and will actually click before stopping. This causes the bot to stop in front of the charm and then continue on to the next one without collecting anything.

Edit: I also think the following quests are no longer in the game.
