Does not work for me either, fresh install of HB - Multiple times

AutoAngler from SVN into a AutoAngler2 folder within /Bots/


Any help ?

This problems been in that script since before the big update, not sure how it can get fixed.
 
Some AutoAngler2 fixes

For those having issues with AutoAngler2 no longer appearing in the bot list:

  1. Make sure you've updated to the latest HB. --For clean troubleshooting, especially if you think you've already done these steps, please do so in a NEW HB folder.
  2. Use SVN checkout to get AutoAngler2 (link in first post). -- I recommend you check it out somewhere other than directly into your HB installation.
  3. Make sure you copy the contents of the checked out folder to <HB Folder>\Bots\autoangler2. --Some people have been nesting folders. Some are copying one level too high. Some are renaming the folder incorrectly. Some are putting it in entirely the wrong place.
  4. Don't add anything else.
  5. Run HB.
  6. If AutoAngler2 still does not appear in your bots list, please confirm the steps taken and post a log so those willing to help you can try to help you.


If AutoAngler2 is fishing but not looting the catch:
You may need to download Nuok's tempfix LootAction.cs from this post. Copy this file into the <HB Folder>\Bots\autoangler2\Composites AFTER you have updated to the latest AutoAngler2. You may also need to disable Auto Loot in game in conjunction with this temp fix.

It's been working fine for me this morning. I was using AutoAngler2 with Zuabro's MrPinchy Fishing profile and my bot was flying around in terrokar, fishing the pools and things were going great.

Then all of a sudden there's a new HonorBuddy update so I update and now it will fish a pool but it won't mount up to find another pool and I keep getting the error message:

AutoAngler[2.98]: Warning: It took 4.2612437 seconds to pulse.
This can cause missed bites. To fix try disabling all plugins

All plugins are disabled. New update broke stuff again I guess :S?
 
How to i get it to fish from SW? Ive tried just to press start and it dont do anything, reinstalled it, and still nothing. And i cant seem to find any profiles that fish from SW

Disable "Poolfishing"
 
Can anyone confirm is the new update broke AutoAngler? I haven't updated yet and im scurred.
 
It can be possible to have an update of the file ? I try to do it with tortoise SVN but I'm really not good so I fail.....
 
I tried to use it last night, but got 'Bad Routine' errors, I'll try again in a little bit, will update to latest SVN.

thats what I'm getting wish a fresh install of both the angler into a fresh install of the HonorBuddy folder
 
Hi I can see the Bot in the Bot list, but always when I start it, the bot is only casting water walking all the time, settings are right, no errors. Got everyone anything like this xD
 
When I start the bot, It just start the cast of fishing, but it don't loot (I have put auto loot option in game) ><

There are still errors appearing in the log but it is fishing after this morning's update. I used it this morning to finish maxing the skill. I am only using stand still fishing. I have not tested pools.
 
Those with loot issues, you dont have any addon running that changes the lootframe by any chance, do you?
 
I disabled the addon that changed the skin of my lootframe and sure enough the bot is auto looting for me.
