Dungeonbuddy used to work well before a week in 100 random WOD dungeon for 5 bots. Now the tank stuck and skip creeps going back and forth till death. in UBRS for example the tank jumps for the rend boss without killing the mobs as usual then wipe the whole party. all dungeons not working now as if something changed. Even after a fresh install same problems.

Dungeonbuddy team of 5 bots running Heroic Upper Blackrock Spire:



Right before and after the boss Commander Tharbek my tank (group leader) seems to get stuck and run back and forth or circles trying to get to next nav point. Also gets stuck going under the gate, right after Tharbek as well.

Anyone else have this issue?


I have tried creating a new "Meshes" folder as instructed in my support thread. This did not seem to fix the issue.

Anyone able to recreate this issue? I have deleted all meshes in folders several times. Is there a way to edit the mesh to fix the pathing getting stuck in specific spots?

Apologies if this isn't the place to ask, but I have a question and I've only recently returned to these forums.

Is the 'Queue For Raids Not Completed' tab now only functional for WoD LFRs? I don't have WoD on my botting account, and would like to enter the MoP raids, but the bot doesn't give me this choice.

You might struggle queuing for MoP raids to be completely honest, I'm not sure if there are enough people.

It's something they've done on purpose it would seem. I just started again after 6 months off and I think its the same logic as previously and especially with the big bans in may; they aren't particularly keen too do all of the LFRs due to the attention it draws if EVERYONE were to use the LFR dungeonbuddy like for example in bgs; although at the same time I would guess it would take a bit of programming as well.

There might be a product from the store for this; but I think a lot of them are either just custom routines, although I do think there are raiding bases specifically for doing LFRs (lazyraider, enyoraiding?)

You can just use a follow bot or something in LFR lol LFR is noob zone you can literally join lfr run to boss fight go jack off and get loot

Do not forget that 13/5 have messed with everyone's plans and a lot of stuff was replanned and rescheduled.
I believe, the next LFR wings are worked on. So lets hope they gets ready anytime soon!

Very true; I hope for legion we get a much better roll out than WoD. It would have been ideal to have Kicks, Garrisions, Professions and bg's automated since launch. I would assume they would simply need to use the beta/ptr and then do a few minor changes upon launch

This botbase development rate is the biggest disappointment in the history of WoW bots, call me a brat, but hell, its been ALMOST A YEAR and you still only support first raid tier (now just 1 wing of second)

I am trying to make a small change to the script for Grimrail Depot, to loot the Core of Iron at the end.

I added this small bit of code right below the Garrison Inn item looting quests, but when I do this Dungeonbuddy gives an error: [DungeonBuddy]: No script found for dungeonId: 858

I can confirm that all I am adding is the following lines of code, and that the item ID is correct, right below the last inn item loot object

I also tried deleting the original in the default WOD Scripts folder, and making a custom script folder with the same attached script with the minor edit with Dungeonbuddy configured for the new custom script folder, but I get the same error.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

In Shado-pan Monastery, my tank is skipping the second group of mobs in the dungeon and sitting at the door to the first boss. I've come back to seeing my team just sitting at the door about 20 times now over the last 3 weeks. The mobs are non aggro unless they're attacked but have to be killed to move on.

It doesn't always happen, but it happens enough to be annoying.

The above is not related to the Botbase development at all!
The botbase is already developed long time ago. The script you refer just needs to be written!

And since the Honorbuddy API is public, anyone is free to script the missing LFR wings!

So you can either script them yourself or blame the fellow forum members for not writing it already.

I guess the Dungeonbuddy developers would not reject if someone contribute several LFR wings scripts!

Aion, I understand your point but not everyone has the skills to pull off scripting a LFR. I understand the frustration as well.
It's one thing saying there's no ETA, but at least is someone trying to script it ? Is there a problem with an encounter ? Are these insurmountable problems ? It's possible Blizz implemented mechanics that can't possible be scripted.

Is someone working on it or not ? That's all I want to know ..

Dungeonbuddy devs shouldn't take this high and mighty approach telling us basically to go screw ourselves and script the thing ourselves. I understand they don't have to script it, but what they're not realizing is the value of the Dungeonbuddy botbase is diminished because of it not supporting recent raids.

I have to agree with djcoax on this one. I'm not saying we should be demanding new scripts, that would be silly. And I fully understand that the ones who normally script the dungeons/RAIDs might be busy with other things, perhaps they got struck by the banwave and are currently inactive or whatnot. Their might be plenty reasons why we have yet to get any scripts for the latest RAIDs on DungeonBuddy.

I myself have no clue on how the scripting works in the first place, so I can't tell how hard or easy it might be, how much effort that needs to be put into it or anything. But there is no denying that Blackrock Foundry has been out for a while now and normally we would have gotten fully working scripts by now comparing it with past releases. And there is no denying that the usefulness and value of DungeonBuddy is slowly vaporising when it no longer supports the latest content.

In terms of Blackrock Foundry we have a full LFR release of Hellfire Citadel in the game before we have seen full support for Blackrock Foundry, I can't recall the last time we have gotten a whole new RAID-tier before we have had full support for the previous RAID within DungeonBuddy?

I am having a problem with DungeonBuddy the last day. I am running a low lvl Mistweaver Monk healing in the Deadmines.

The sympton is that I am thown out of a party in the middle of the instance. Each time on the same spot. I have tried 5 different runs.

If I read my logfile correctly, it says the instance is finished. But it's not, I have several bosses left and there are also quests open for killing them:

Use the Custom scripts, shared by Hackersrage and me in 1st and 2nd page of this very same thread [Bot] DungeonBuddy - A Dungeon bot

They were extensively tested for BC instances and work, but should work for LK too, we have not had time to test them fully so far.
