means cavaplugin isnt well installed
look your PM for How to install cavaplugin

to:
DrinkAmount="0" FoodAmount="0"

I double-checked and can summon pets on the character i'm running this on.

Known Issue. Just move your Char to Stormwind and restart the PRofile.
