HB ARCHIVES: ArchaeologyBuddy--DO NOT DELETE

So, I've been using this without issue so far. Thank you so much for all the work and time you've spent on this botbase. It is AMAZING.

Tonight, I came to a digsite in Frostfire Ridge, the entire digsight is full of level 100-102 Elite Wolves. You can't dig and get your fragments at all. It's quite literally impossible. You will dig, and get attacked by 1 to Many elites wolves.

I've attached an image of the Map, where the digsite is located. Is it possible to blacklist that specific digsite?

I believe it is the Frostboar Drifts Digsite.

gets stuck in the umbrafen digsite in shadowmoon valley. every time this blasted digsite pops i have to manually do it or else the bot is as good as dead in the water. 53.88, 21.13 are the cords. it sits there and does nothing. if i stop the bot and dig one up myself, no matter where I am when i restart it, the bot returns to this point and sits there and does nothing again.

best i can tell the rest of the digsites work fine thus far. This one ughghghgh!

I'm in Shadowmoon Valley (Dreanor) the only place I have with dig sites atm and it won't run at all, I can manually travel to the dig sites and survey and it will pick up the archaeology but it won't run on it's own.

Any help please?

Hi, Sono, and many thanks for the log.

This is some kind of failing with your installation or configuration, and not a problem with ArchaeologyBuddy itself. The usual suspects are:
  • (Most likely) You are using a WoWclient addon that interferes with ArcheologyBuddy.
    This article will help you get started looking at possible candidates, but the article is not all encompassing:
    If you find a culprit not on the list, please let us know so we can update it for others.

  • You've disabled the display of digsites on your WoWclient

for some reason my copy of HB does not have the ArchaeologyBuddy is there anyway I can get it ?, thanks

just an update, I have the zip'd version, going to get the installer version and check that one out

Is it possible to Blacklist Digisites in WoD?

Cause there is one Digisite ner Worgol there are Elite Wolves they kill everyone. Ist not possible to farm this digisite afk. All other digisites are working.

The digsites in Nagrand is screwing up the bot pretty much. It keeps on going to the highest place, like a mountain and trying to dig there, when it should be on the ground instead. My bot has just been running back and forth now for a while when it could just run down to the ground and finish the digsite. I dont think a log is necessary here, just try the bot yourself in Nagrand, the other places works fine. Ty :)
 
"No digsites on map!"

So trying to...well try...archaeology buddy for the first time. So far it just spams "no digsites found on map!" I attached the log. Currently at an actual site in draenor (shadowmoon valley) so dunno the problem.

EDIT: Did a fresh install. Still not working.

EDIT 2: Derp. Leaving this up for anyone that makes the same mistake. Just enabled digsites on minimap and main map, and it worked.

I've posted about this specific digsite already, not sure what happened to my comment. It is a gnarly issue. Even in full raid gear, my paladin gets two shot killed within 2-3 seconds by these wolves.

Also:
The Umbrafen Digsite in Shadowmoon Valley causes issues. This spot could be blacklisted as well. It doesn't have elites, but for some reason, it doesn't ever want to navigate this area. It will run into Volatile Spores and get Stunned over and over and over and then you log out due to inactivity. This has happened to me every time I get this digsite (7 times and counting).

Please, pretty please, allow us to blacklist by Digsite in the next update.

New Interface, new buttons to click... When viewing the general map of the zone, not the subzone, needed to click on the "Magnifying Class" and select "View Digsites"

Hey the new ARch Buddy digsites in Draenor are working great with the latest update. I wanted you to know that in Nagrand in the upper right hand corner digsite, it gets stuck on a series of elite mobs, including the 100 elite cleft beast thing, and the lvl 100 lernaen elite hydra. It is trying to go through a cave to get to the site instead of up the ramp near the throne of elements. All in all good job.

We've opened HB-1817 ("ArchaeologyBuddy: Unable to blacklist Draenor digsites?") to have the issue investigated.
