is that a typo in meditate? but bot use in. Only thing that i dont like he using in right on cooldown even if i have 40%+ mana. Is the number 59 here indicate % of mana when bot should use meditate?

yes if you change 59 to lets say 40. He will only meditate if you have 40% or less mana.
But you should set the Combat Min MP % to 30% or sth like that then.

I also saw this when I had Sorc/Witch/Stealth...I did NOT have fast tag selected, this is a bug.
