[GUIDE] LoN Bombardment 120-150+b EXP/h

Hi, can anyone suggest a Crusader build to run before acquiring all the ancient gear to use this bombardment build?

What about invoker? it's free with the season achievements so it's easy to farm

This, exactly what I am doing atm. using http://www.diablofans.com/builds/69887-2-4-gr87-invoker-punish?page=21 guide as a base though drop Laws for bombardment with barrels rune. Get full invoker set AND get belt of the trove ASAP, and cube a mortal drama for double bombardment. My invoker sader is still 3-4 days old, and is easily farming grift 60 all day long for his LoN gear(got 2 ancient well rolled rings, one with 8% CDR etc) just need the hexing pants leorics crown really. the rest is easy.
 
How are you guys doing with this build and the bot?

Any new fun settings to try? :D

It doesn't seem to be that well known, but you only get the free set once. If you start a new toon you do not get it.
 
As far as what to do "before" you have the full LoN, or even close, the Bombardment build is still pretty darn good. I just used non-ancients and upgraded as they came along. I still am missing 3 Ancients, and the rest far from max, along with gems no higher than 61, but can finish GR70 and farm GR63 reasonably well. Obviously less at first, but it was not bad at all.
 
Hey guys, I am wondering a few things

1) For paragon points I've tried both and feel that vitality is better than strength i get 50MIL more thoughness and about 15K more thorns, Could someone explain to me why we would choose strength over vitality?

2) Do you need actual weapon damage on your weapon, IE 1000-1500 holy dmg, or can you re roll that for vitality, just feels weird to run around with a 300dmg weapon.

I read somewhere that STR was still better overall, didnt try to go full vit myself tho.
for the weapon, yes, if you get a decently rolled weapon you can change the damage to whatever stat you see fit, as this build does not rely on weapon damage to actually do damage, just thorns

Vit is additive to thorns. Just a flat increase X number. No multipling etc etc. Str multiplies your thorns. Str is literally CC and CD at the same time for this build.

If Heart of Iron was still 500% there would be reason to get X vit based on Str due to how it maths out, but at 300% str pulls ahead unless you literally have like 28.5k or more or some number around there.

Also wep damage is worthless it doesn't do anything for either thorns build.

Unless you just are missing key items or all your ancients just have bad stats you should be able to run 79 or 80s consistantly long as you have cubed like 75+ gems on every item.
 
Anyone noticed big problems with the crusader with trinty recently? keeps attacking with white damage and isnt using steed as often struggling on grift 73 atm
 
im new to this build is it post to skip alot of blue elites and yellow elites ? because it is
 
What rune you guys using in glare when you switch it instead of concentration?
