Think it is 61.5 WITH Fervor, that's how much i got and am able to drop bombardment in every physical cycle of CoE

No matter, 61.5 should be with or without Fevor. But with good rolls on items, you will get this amount without Fevor, and can replace it with more userful passive

The Trinity File that cam with this build has anyone have any issues with regards to the item list not working good? not getting drops?
