@Erson not sure if anyone has responded to you yet but you might want to make sure that your account wasn't suspended for activity issues. If you don't have an authenticator with your account, they will sometimes ban it because of strange activity due to log in issues and/or conflicting ip addresses. There is a post about how to bot with multiple accounts. More than likely you were banned because you were reported and an investigating GM caught both of your accounts at the time logged in from the same IP address and they were unresponsive. Very common practice and sure fire way for the GM to confirm you using third party software. Best of luck with an appeal.

Came home from work 10min ago and tried to login, all 4 accs banned except the 5th one , did run Grim batol for 3hours.

EDIT: 2nd acc banned also so a total of 5 accounts

Problem solved was suspended for bot progarams for 3 days, nwo unbanned going strong . Have another question if I transfer for example character with 1 million gold , and then sell it on other server - will i get banned?
