UPDATED GUIDE
In light of recent bans to hit GB2 users im highlighting posts that i have put up in my Drogofarm and this thread befor.
We now have some understanding about how the gathering bans are being implemented by blizz.
In laymens terms the system tracks your waypoints in profile that u use.
How do we negate this u ask? easy
Make sure u either write your own profile on a different account to the one u farm or have someone else make it or use a random profile from site listed in other threads.
Why u ask?
If u write the profile on same acc u farm, u will be banned since writting the profile itself is in fact the first waypoints detected, Meaning as soon as u start to bot on it, it is already replectating your original movements.
To negate all detection, quickly make or download 10 fresh profiles. Open up all profiles and copy/paste onto

My new blank blackspot profile. This profile has no hotspots but has almost all know blackspots from bad nodes, elites, blackout spots ect ect.
Once u have pasted your hotspots onto my blank profile, re save as something different, ie- botting profile day 1.
If u have aproximatly 10 profile hotspots pasted onto blank profile then u can bot for 10 hours straight with no profile switching needed, completley random.
Make sure to throw away your profile after each day and NEVER EVER REUSE
HB plugins for safety
-parrots paranoia plugin
-Logmeout
-Gankoff
Using GB2 without these plugins can be dangerous at times depending on your server size/pvp realm/SoR acc ect ect ect
As u are all aware botting can be dangerous at times. Even using my public/private/custom profiles does not exempt u from bans. We have all noticed a more aggressive stance taken against botters recently from blizz due to quicker reactions from Gms from player reports. I will be highlighting some of the measures that can be taken to avoid u being detected and circumvent bans
Me personally
I never send anything via mail
All transactions are done thru guild bank
Always post on AH on diff toon to the one u farm
try not to use a lvl 1 as your auction toon
dont advertise too much in trade that u have heaps mats
Dont flood the AH, after bags are full, deposit into gbank, log onto ah toon and place on ah, thus never flooding AH
Dont undercut by ridiculous amounts, non bot farmer hate this and will report u
Always use logmeout and parrots paranioa plugin for stucks, timers and in case u are followed or targeted(especially targeted)
Take breaks.
set logmeout to log u out after 1 min of being targeted, this way u can c who it was that targeted u in your logs and avoid that person(save to friends list)
Save normal (non bot) farmers to your friends list and dont farm in areas they are farming, Other bots are usually safe. but i friend them anyways so my yields are much higher since i dont have to compete with them.
never keep large amounts of gold on your bot account, keep it all in gbank with a vanilla acc as Guild master that is never botted on, Dont even pay monthly fee for this acc. This is called a mule acc and is a safety backup so that u can acsess your gold after ban/hack.
Dont bot 24/7
Try to steer clear of SoR accs.
NEVER EVER use profile that u have used before, Think of it like a womens clothes, worn once and then thrown away for fear of being seen it again.

sorry that your business area (selling profiles vs ?) is in danger, but...
...using your guide is:
- too much work
- too expensive
- too akward
- and still too much risk
it's time for the honorbuddy team to boost WoW Botting again, otherwise the bot will never come back.
only few members left that try to keep their profile business alive while the bot itsselve is in really bad shape.
to be honest: i cannot read this stuff "never bot on account u are afraid to loose" "blablabla"....
each account is worth enough moneywith a normal calculation.
honorbuddy is the best way to "burn" money. the team needs to fix this fast.

no i didn't. I just mailed 12 stacks of fish from my bot account to my main where i didnt bot.
Actually i was botting for 24/7 for 6 month before inscripting wasnt nerfed. Was banned once after i traded 100k gold to my guild member (traded on non bot account and bot one was banned. Was perma banned but after ticket they unbanned it - it was autoban for high amount of gold trading or smth like that).
Started to use fishing profiles for few days and 1 of my bot accounts was banned for 72h with words "last warning".
After unban i sent like 12 stacks of fish to my main account and all my accounts were closed.

One thing to keep in mind too is that GMs are humans, so avoid commercial time when they're working
Relying on manual observation is silly. I bet most bans are automatic now, anyway.
My first account that i botted on..i had 7 70s (during BC) and i farmed a small tunnel between two areas in east Blade's Edge Mountains 18hrs day, 7 days a week for 4 MONTHS STRAIGHT !! give or take some time due to disconnects and unstable GLIDER, before i was permabanned.
This account i'm on now has 2 90s (just started HB again with 2 85s this monday), 4 85s on one server and 8 80s on another...all botted. I don't farm much anymore though, as i'm frugal with my leveling gold. I don't bot to make gold...i bot because i hate grinding to max level. Once i hit max, i play the game.
I've heard of people being banned after running their first profiles for less than a few hours and many people have never been banned while farming 12hrs a day. I make it a rule to not put up more than 10 stacks of something at a time. let them go a few hours or overnight..then put up another 10. or sell an expensive blue item and live off that gold for awhile, while saving my mats for later.

That will just get the police sent to your house. I got banned a few years ago and told them if they didnt unban me I was gonna kill myself. 15 minutes later 2 police officers showed up at my door.
