Need log as well -- assuming u did set it to proving grounds it should heal :s
 
I'm finding the same thing, and it's still spamming HT, I turned off HT from the spells page but it seems to be running a little rough. Log attached, cheers.

heres my log and i was trying to heal in proving grounds "Gold" by setting it to automatic and having proving grounds selected. It wasnt healing npcs at all or using wild shrooms on them aswell as using the double rejuvenation combo from your talent "Germination"

interface folder move to desktop that will fix it I work with a gm all day on this for same problem

I'm already in bed, but upload that 'try this.xml" I gave u few min ago, for the others if it works OK :)
 
Thanks for the update.

I notice that its still not healing the tank at times, not putting up the second Rejuv from Germination, and also HT seems to be stuttering. It goes to cast the heal and repeatedly stops, even when the target is in full view.
 
It's doing that because your target isn't at the healing threshold for the heal to go through so it's stop casting.
 
Had a few people ask for my settings. They are attached, very similar to what Mirabis already provided, but you can give it a try.

Probably mixed mode and the cancel cast settings of ht not being equal to the automatic cancel thresholds e.g. Auto modesty cast, mixed says cancel = stutter... Will have to make additional checks for it.

Can u go into advanced and enable selective heal, does it show the Tank? Or go to the tank list, Is the tank there? Might be an underlying problem.
 
It may sound a bit weird, but I had the same problem that he wasn´t healing some random party members during the dungeon. I simply paused Enyo with ALT+X and restarted it right away afterwards and the problem was gone.
 
Also doesn't seem to be using germination at all, swiftmends not being used and wildgrowth is being cast if only one person is low even though settings are set to 3.

I havent used selective heal yet. Is that how to set up the Germination Rejuv on the tank?

I figured out a really good setup without having to use Healing Touch or Germination (which currently doesnt seem to work) for heroics. Just set Regrowth threshold to like 70 for tank, 50 for dps. Turn off HT and take Moment of Clarity as the lvl 100 talent. Take glyph of Regrowth for the crit. Other glyphs are Rejuv and Wild Growth.

Try get as much haste on your gear as possible. After a day or two of running heroics Im now at 631 ilvl and have haste on nearly everything so its around 13.5% unbuffed. I also have a trinket that gives +1060 Haste on use every 2 mins which I macro with Nature's Vigil and Troll Berserking racial (+15% Haste).

The other trinket Im trying to get is off the third boss of H Skyreach which gives 159 Haste and 159 Spirit which is op for resto.

Its awesome to watch the profile bomb super fast Regrowth crits when hard healing is required and heal up the tank or whole group in a second or two regardless of the damage taken. Also very good for a Tranquility in a desperate situation. The hots tick a LOT faster as well.

8 second window with Berserking up the Haste is at a peak of 43.4% and then drops to 23.7% with trinket still up (lasts 20 sec total). With party and class abilities buffs its even higher of course.

Its especially profitable to pop the macro if/when you get a lucky Omen of Clarity proc, which when talented (lvl 100 talent) gives 5 seconds of uptime rather than one cast. Pop the macro and watch your uber Regrowth spam cost you no mana :P

Im loving this setup right now and hardly ever wipe unless the group is noob.
