Got my first banhammers - how do I know how long are they?

I think the "using a 3rd party program" response is when they look at the logs and see you flying around, hitting the exact same co-ordinates for more than 4 hours straight. Normally if you farm by hand, you kind of follow a route, but you'll fly off course once in a while to go to a new node, or fly at a different height etc with a bot, it's the same path, same height etc

In my experience what works best (and I know I am not the only one who does this) is to use a guild bank. I am my own guild. All my toons I level, all the ones I farm put materials and money directly into the GB. Definitely looks less fishy that way if you can do it. So far I am halfway to level 7 through only moderate botting. Once HB comes back online in the next few days I imagine I will be boosting in them levels.

it's a perm ban, if it was just a suspencion it wouldn't say the account was "closed"

I am pretty sure it's because you mail stuff from the account to another. I did the same mistake and got banned at level 85 pretty much when I dinged 85.

Abuse of economy bans will in 90 % of the cases result in a 72h ban once u appeal it. Thats my experience anyway, next time when its permanent it will say "3rd party software useage"
