The Yak mount keeps being cast and I have all my toons set to NOT sell and NOT repair. I have decided to disable many features on this bot because it seems to me that you can not make them work reliably. It is very frustrating when I disable them and the bot STILL tries to cast them. Please fix these issues Alisha. My Warrior spent most of his time trying to cast the Yak Mount while under opening of the garden and he did this over and over and over and over without success. I do not have this toon set to use his mount at all.

Again, mount is getting stuck and it is not vendoring properly ALSO it is being cast when I am telling it to NOT use the mount because it keeps getting stuck.

Option "use mount" is for Mounting usual mounts (for moving), not for vendor, so it wont disallow MountVendor. As about issue you have, i will check, thanks for report.

The last Issues you have tell me that i need spoken i english.you see that my english is terrible.
my problem is that the new installed Hb is fuctionation...because your GB is bugged sometimes....everytime last 2 weeks on all my chars what i have and use the GB.here is a Attachment.I have more times install a New Hb amd have more times delete the addons or disabel all addons.its the same problem.anytimes i go too a mount and he fly under a stable or other things...
pls help

Check GUI, that you have checked:
- Do not fly in Garrison (required), Misc tab

Deleted all settings files from GB but nothing changed. Can still not open BotConfig...

For new release 8.3.9.1115 - GUI opening fine for you?

Is anyone noticing that the bot is getting stuck when it opens the mailbox to mail things?

Disable all wow addons you are using, most possible some of them causing it.

As it said - you should start bot when mailbox not opened, or closed it, if started with opened one.

I got the vendor/mail issue also,on all characters since yesterday,new build .1101 did not fix it.
And also Druids get stuck at shipyard table on flight mode,don't know if this is a known issue or you need a log ?

Last build is 8.3.9.1115.
All shipyard issue, please report at ShipyardMaster thread instead.

Hey, it was working fine for a while, but now on my druid it will turn into travel form, then move forward in a rly wierd way (like someone is mashing w very fast) for 5metres, then untravel form. Then travel form and do same, then un-travel form, any idea how to fix this? I can't let it leave my garrison because it's so obvious it's a bot :S

It is getting stuck trying to vendor greys over and over and over. FIX THIS CRAP!!!

I have twenty characters and because I can not rely on your program to do what it says it will do I have to log on each one of them every day and check to see if they mined, herbed and mailed my main. It's a joke. I did not pay for your product so that I would have to log on every character daily and check to see if it is working.

I am desperately trying to salvage this purchase. That is why I am turning off flying, mounting, vendoring. I see that flying in your application just gets us stuck, as does mounting. I see that summoning the Yak gets us stuck trying to vendor. I am turning ALL of these features OFF yet they still initiate. Please allow those of us that are TRYING to work AROUND your bugs to at the very LEAST be able to do that properly.

1) it gets stuck trying to mail something saying "waiting for user to close window" there is no user opening window - the bot is opening the mail window and getting stuck.
2) it launches Yak mount even with vendoring, mounting, repair and purchase food ALL turned off.
3) I am turning off all mounting because flying mounts get stuck and the vendor mount can not vendor reliably.

Those are three big problems that renders your application completely unreliable. For the price you are asking these things should be fixed and working. We should not have to provide you constant updates.

I am having a hard time not being frustrated at this point. I have posted multiple logs. I am a busy guy and I purchased her application so that I would not have to babysit my 20 garrison toons. I work in the product dev industry and I believe that if she is selling a product she should QA it as well. The issues that I am having are being had by other users as well. If she would like me and others to beta test it for her then we should not be paying for her application. I am more than happy to help her test it but not to the extent I am doing and certainly not when I am paying $30+ for it.

I am not running any addons. The yak is being cast and it is trying to vendor items regardless of whether you check the option to vendor or not. This is problematic because it is unable to vendor them. It constantly cycles the mount and gets stuck doing so endlessly until HBrelog "wait" time expires. The mail issue is an issue. I am not manually opening the mailbox. The bot is opening the mailbox and trying to mail items but it is unable to do so therefor it sits at that screen with the box open until I manually manipulate it. That can not be working as intended. I am currently monitoring all of my characters one by one. I will report back with updated logs. This is frustrating Alisha because I paid you a decent about for this program. I am more than happy to help you beta test it but I do not feel that I should be paying for it at that point.

Shaman exits mine and tries to cast vendor mount (yak) is unable to vendor anything. Dismounts and proceeds with other tasks. Please note the vendor options is not being selected in any way so I am unsure as to why it is summoning a vendor mount. It then performs missions and runs outside trying to cast vendor mount multiple times with no success. The mount does not appear and it cycles attempting to cast it 20 or 30 times. It then runs to the mailbox, opens it for a second and repeats trying to cast the vendor mount over and over again.

runs to mailbox again then trys to cast vendor mount again and again.

At this time there are herbs and ore that need to be mailed to my main but instead it is stuck in an endless loop trying to cast the vendor mount near the entrance to the garrison (between garrison and resource cache.)

At this point I stop the bot and do what remains manually.

Warrior Worgen makes rounds (has mined and herbed previously). Picks up several work orders and then gets stuck while talking to the Trading Post vendor. He tries endlessly to talk to the vendor and cast the yak mount over and over. I stopped the bot at this point and finished the rest of the actions manually.
