I'll try to show some settings once I can play Arena again. I broke my ring ringer and can't use my right hand at all for a couple weeks at least.

Here is a SS of what I personally use I am currently 2200+ in 2s on my hunter. I play SV spec with a resto druid and have a scorpid as a pet for the healing reduction. I use hot keys to use most CCs in order chain CCs better. Alot of playing hunter is setting up good CC chains and knowing when to disengage/deterrence. I tried BM/MM but personally I don't think the CR works well with it when your pet gets CC'd in BM it tries to spam kill command and you kinda just freeze up. When I play marks I consistently get "spell not found" error messages. Could just be me though. anyways here is my set up:

Did you restart honorbuddy after changing specs? Because if not it won't work.

The Kill Command will be fixed in the next update.

Your settings look good but one suggestion I have is try enabling the Tranq Target High-Prio option and set it to 20/100. We forgot to change the default settings on that and they really don't make much sense.
Also you might want to add a trinket on burst unless you're playing with the proc trinket and are not playing human

Ah yes I never did restart HB when changing specs. Thank you for tranq shot suggestion I will make the change. I am playing horde so no double trinket for me, but yes I would definitely use that option if I was playing human. Overall the rotation has been amazing so far!

High prio will only tranq hand of protection, hand of sacrifice and alter time by default.
If you want it to also do other buffs you have to use the custom spell ID list

Wowhead is usually your best bet and correct most of the time. Since I updated the DK dispel list very recently here is a list that might be helpful

Pls fix sv: Explosive Shot proc, The routine just spamm it. Add a timer ore something afther using.

Wyvern Sting: don`t check for tremor
Don`t stop on your target cc Wyvern Sting/trap
Aspect of the Cheetah does nothing

Tranquilizing Shot does not work well
Maybe someone can make a spellid list

Add a Pool Energy hotkey, so we can still cc if needed, routine keep kicking important things.
So we have the energie to burst at the right moment!!!

mm works well so far: 2,2k+ 2v2, 2,3k+ 3v3 easy, will go higher

I had the same issue with a previous purchase. I had to call my bank to have them remove the hold on my card for purchases. They removed it for the transaction and it went through. I would call your bank.

The "Save Focus/Energy" hotkey (better yet, a toggle on/off) is actually an amazing idea imho. Scenario: maybe we need to wait 5-10 seconds for our partner to get cooldowns/cc's back, and we can use this time to build up some energy, then burst the hell out of them.

An option like "keep energy higher than X when Pool Energy is ON" would also be very helpful.

What do you think?

2) Control crow options is not easy to setup...

Cause it's difficult to understand how it work i use Tuhana CR. Tuhana's GUI is very simple to understand and traps and CC are perfect.

May be you can write a simple guide about your CR so anyone can understand quickly how to use them the best way

T2 talent = Your Tier 2 talent. In the current meta it's either Wivern or Binding Shot

You shouldn't try to trap your target. There are separate hotkeys to trap focus, or healer, or dps. It will try to do it to targets that are not currently attacked, I'm pretty sure there's a check for this.

There's also an option for how far away the trap should be attempted if the target is NOT stunned or slowed. I like to leave it quite low, like 10 or less, so it will only throw a long range trap if the target can't move. Otherwise, I go towards the healer while keeping the "trap healer" button pressed. It's been working nice for me this way. Again, this is WITHOUT targeting anyone else. I will always only target the kill target.

Hope this clears up a few questions. I'm not 100% sure about the RB thing, but I'm willing to guess it refers to "right mouse button". Maybe someone can confirm.

Can someone tell me, or explain the crowd control abilities section? I understand that you should be unchecking some of those if you are using the hotkeys section. Just wondering what I should be turning off/on based on what I am doing with hotkeys.

Dude, binding shot = T2 talent HOTKEY

Explosive trap also has a mouse over HOTKEY. You can also set it up to use Explosive when a melee is attacking in range

There is one already. No CC 8 yards around the target.
Hard to tell what range is needed exactly since the tool tip only states "nearby enemies" but from our testing it seemed fine
