Fury Unleashed I - The best you can get! (Arms, Fury & Protection supported)

Tyrael- Hardlock or Softlock, current I use SoftLock. Any one have better results with HardLock, I do well with SoftLock but if my DPS can increase I am all for a higher DPS output.
Doesn't really matter.

are you sure you reforged and gemmed right, my warry is ~570 and i am around 360k-380k simmedand this cr is doing more dmg then some 580 warrys.
are you using the right skills and the right spec per boss fight? e.g. bladestorme on immerseus, arms on protectors
do you get the 320k dps when you play on your own?
if you want u can use some nameless armory and i could look over your charackter, i am 14/14 hc my self and i think i know a bit about warriors ^_^
This guy is right. The routine does SimC DPS or higher.

Something must be wrong. My guild are starting to complain about that i am making alot less dps than i should, even with this CC on :/

Simdps: 320k
ilevel: 570+
Real dps on first 2 bosses in SoO HC: 200-230k

I got alot of fps drops (And usually i'm under 20 fps in boss fights). Could that be the problem ?
I cannot assist without a logfile. Post that first, and then we can try to figure out what's going on. Keep in mind that during raiding, DPS is very situational. You sim patchwerk DPS, hence you should try it out on a Dummy. Comparing actual raid DPS with simmed DPS will go wrong. And I do agree, you should be able to squeeze out some more deepz.

In the log i was fighting against Raider's training dummy. Did 250k dps firstfight (50second fight - I know that's not enough but it was dropping from a starting 340k to 250k in the first 40 seconds)
And did 230k second fight (A bit longer)
But i did see something that i have not seen before. The game was telling me "Ability is not ready yet" and "Another action is in progress" so it seems like my routine are trying to use abilities faster than they are ready.

Edit: I just reinstalled everything
Now i bursted 670k but after some time i was down on 230k again.

I looked over your log and it's clear why you're having some trouble. Despite your ilvl, I'm going to assume you're new to playing a warrior.
The first thing you should do is go to askmrrobot and use their optimizer to fix your gems/reforging. Currently you have too much hit, too little expertise, and your crit is a bit low for your ilvl.

Second, you should go over the icy veins guide to warriors here, especially the section on the rotation. This CR can be extremely powerful if used properly, which requires that you be familiar with what you should do and what the routine is trying to do.

As far as the issues you raised:
  • When practicing on the target dummy, you should only pay attention to what your dps looks like after 2 minutes or more. Initial burst damage is high because of trinket procs, recklessness, skull banner, etc at the start. You need at least 2 minutes or more to drag the average down to get a meaningful measure of your dps.
  • The reason your dps drops to <250k so quickly on the dummy is because you are using bladestorm. Recent theory-crafting suggests that bladestorm can generate higher single target dps than dragon roar if it is cancelled after 4-5 ticks when enrage falls off. The routine supports this logic in an experimental option, but you did not have it enabled. When bladestorm is not cancelled for enrage, it is a dps loss.
  • Another reason your dps may be low is that you've set Tyrael's framelock at 15fps. This is not optimal; 30 is recommended. You should also enable vertical sync.
  • The error messages you mention are normal and extremely common. They most often occur when the routine tries to use an ability before the GCD is over. Don't worry, this is totally normal and not something to be concerned about. The routine is making sure that the ability is used as soon as the next GCD is available. If you find them to be a nuisance, you can use a mod like ErrorFilter to prevent them.

Further recommendations:

  • Use a glyph other than bloodthirst. Raging blow is a good choice because it increases your aoe dmg. On strictly single target fights you can choose a glyph that gives you more mobility, like Death from Above (the heroic leap glyph).
  • You have enabled a lot of settings that should be disabled in heroic, including vigilance, mass spell reflect, spell reflect, intimidating shout, demo banner, die by the sword, and shield wall. It's fine to let the routine automate vigilance, demo banner, die by the sword, and shield wall on lower difficulties, but it isn't optimal or even acceptable to do so on heroic. These are abilities that need to be used proactively, not reactively.
  • This may be my own personal preference, but you can set the HP threshold for healthstones and Rallying Cry lower - 10 or 15% is a good point. You'll routinely drop below 25 and 50% HP (the numbers you used) in heroic, and setting the HP threshold so high wastes these abilities.
  • Don't use warbringer in PvE. It's not even that good in PvP. Double Time is a better choice.

Hope this helps.

hb5316v34 Can I have a little advice too plz I'm currently using AMR's default stat weights :-

1 MH DPS ............... 9.65
2 OH DPS ............... 5.65
3 EXP (TO 7.5%) ..... 9.85
4 HIT (TO 7.5%) ..... 9.85
5 STRENGTH .......... 5.00
6 CRIT ................... 4.50
7 MASTERY ............ 3.40
8 HIT (7.5-26.5%) .. 3.00
9 ATTACK POWER ... 2.25
10 HASTE .............. 2.10
11 STAMINA .......... 0.00

Are these settngs (AMR's defaults) optimal for a Fury warrior or have you got any suggestions for some tweaks? currently I'm ilvl 562 with T15 4 piece bonus.

Thanks in advance looking forward to your help advice, Suuzzee

  • The reason your dps drops to <250k so quickly on the dummy is because you are using bladestorm. You should only take bladestorm for AoE heavy fights, as it does poor damage against a single target (you also lose several GCDs in the process). Fights where bladestorm is preferable include H Immersus, H Protectors, H Sha, H Galakras, H Spoils, and H Garrosh. However, there is an optimal time to use bladestorm in each encounter and unless you know when to use it, it may be beneficial to just stick with dragon roar, as the routine will not always use it at the correct time.
  • Another reason your dps may be low is that you've set Tyrael's framelock at 15fps. This is not optimal; 30 is recommended. You should also enable vertical sync.

My character is always optimized from askmrrobot. When i change something i instantly checks what gems, enchants and reforges i need to do. So i HAVE done that. But no i have been playing warrior since Vanilla.

I know my rotation, no problem. But i should not be the person to do the attack when the CR are supposed to do them in the best order.

  • If i do that, i will get less than 200k. I have tried alot of times now. Even with your tips
  • I'm usual using Dragon Roars for single target fights. It was a fail that i used bladestorm on that logfight. But in the tries after that. I had LESS dps with DR than with BS
  • My Tyrael are standing on 30fps. So i don't know why the logs say otherwise. But as i mentioned in a earlier reply. I have VERY low fps ingame in nearly all fights, and i don't know why so if i need to place my tyrael on the fps i have ingame. It should be less than 15

  • Already done.
  • I know that most of the deffensives should be disabled and used manually. But as i'm like 100k or more dps on EVERYONE else in the raids. The healers do give a fuck about me dieing on not. So i need the CR to use the cooldown so i don't die. But the fights where i need to save cooldowns for special moments. I do that.
  • The answer is the same .. I need to use them early if i don't want to die of low healing.
  • Changed.

But to be honest. NONE of this things should make me loss MORE than 100k dps! .. So something more must be wrong. And i still blame my fps.

Are you playing on a laptop?

Are these settngs (AMR's defaults) optimal for a Fury warrior or have you got any suggestions for some tweaks? currently I'm ilvl 562 with T15 4 piece bonus.
I assume you mean T16? The default fury weights are optimal 99% of the time. The remaining 1% usually revolves around how you deal with the hit/exp cap, and isn't noticeable. The weights you listed are for SMF, which is generally weaker than TG this tier. When you get the chance, you should switch to TG.

The only real complaint I have with AMR is that it overestimates the usefulness of the T16 4-piece bonus. Depending on the gear you have available, it may be beneficial to switch (An example would be swapping the legs and chest for warforged versions of the chest off dark shamans and the legs off malkorok).

My character is always optimized from askmrrobot. When i change something i instantly checks what gems, enchants and reforges i need to do. So i HAVE done that. But no i have been playing warrior since Vanilla.
Maybe you were using different gear when you started the bot, but the log indicated that you had 11.84% hit and 6.59 expertise. Make sure to disable the AutoEquip plugin; you had it set to equip gear and select talents. This could be the culprit if it's changing your gear every time you start the bot.

I'm usual using Dragon Roars for single target fights. It was a fail that i used bladestorm on that logfight. But in the tries after that. I had LESS dps with DR than with BS
This can occur for several reasons:
  • Not waiting for recklessness, skull banner, and your trinkets to finish their CD before starting again on the dummy.
  • Unfortunate procs - Suppose you have a really unlucky streak in which Bloodsurge, Cloak, Flurry, and RB all fail to proc in one rotation cycle. This can really kill your dps and is the reason why you need several attempts over 2+ minutes to get a precise measurement of your dps.

My Tyrael are standing on 30fps. So i don't know why the logs say otherwise. But as i mentioned in a earlier reply. I have VERY low fps ingame in nearly all fights, and i don't know why so if i need to place my tyrael on the fps i have ingame. It should be less than 15
When using framelock, the TPS in Tyrael doesn't need to correspond to your in-game fps. Given your PC specs, you should be fine using 30 TPS.

NONE of this things should make me loss MORE than 100k dps! .. So something more must be wrong. And i still blame my fps.

According to the log, you aren't missing any GCDs or experiencing any lag w.r.t using abilities every 1.5 seconds. Try this: In addition to the suggestions above, disable every single addon in-game except the dps meter, and turn all your WoW graphics setting to their lowest setting. Set your resolution to windowed @ 1024x768 and leave vertical sync enabled. Do several attempts on the dummy. If you still have problems, post the log.

Thanks mate, yeah I meant T16, I'm working towards TG but as yet no luck on any 2 handers for my warrior, every week we clear up to and including klaxxi but I must be one of the unluckiest around for drops :).

230k dps - 4 minut fight.
All your suggestions have been followed. (Not the deffensives ones. That should not matter if i don't even take damage)

Btw. I'm always running Wow on the lowest graphics. But still i got like 4-5 fps on malkorok HC and 10 on immer HC. So something is wrong with that too.

So be honest. You are attacking the raid dummy in front of him, and not his back right? Your DPS is incredibly low. The last time I tried, with ilvl 569 I had 310k sustained DPS over a 5 minute fight against a Raider's Training Dummy.

I have tried both in front and behind him. (Behind him was alot lower)..

You should turn off all HP related settings in the routine for H Malkorok. Because of the shield mechanic on Malkorok, the routine thinks that you are constantly below the thresholds set for your defensive abilities. This slows things down considerably. I had the same problem until I disabled them.

You realize why this doesn't make any sense, right? According to your log, your gear is still not optimized. You also shouldn't be getting such low fps in game given your PC specs and that you are using the lowest wow settings. Neither of those are issues with the routine, which is working normally as far as I can tell.

I will try that next time when, thanks. But i still think it's very weird that i got THAT low fps, but it's for sure a hardware problem, cause wow is not the only game i get low fps in.
But my posts are not "Please fix this bug!" posts. They are "Please help me get everything to work perfectly"

- I will pm you my armory link and a Simcraft. So you got more to work with :)

First of all, make sure you have around 7,5% hit, and 7,5% Expertise. Too low and too high is just wrong! Alright here's what you're going to do:

1: Download Honorbuddy zipfile.
2: Extract it.
3: Download the latest Tyrael and install it in the new Honorbuddy folder.
4: Download the latest Fury Unleashed from the SVN and install it to the new Honorbuddy folder.
5: Start HonorBuddy and change the settings:
Tyrael --> HardLock with 60 TPS. Uncheck everything else (You may leave Chatoutput enabled).
Fury Unleashed --> Do not change ANY setting.

Close the bot.
6: Change your characters Talenttree to:
dQq7brX.png

7: Reset your WoW's graphics to RECOMMENDED. Do not set it to the lowest, thats not needed. Im running on a worse PC with high graphics and I get average of 80 FPS.
8: Change the Graphics API (Advanced) to DirectX 9.
9: Set the Max Foreground AND Max Background FPS to around 100.
10: Start the bot, go to a dummy in a more quiet place. Not a lagging place like Shrine.
11: Before you attack, do the battleshout+charge combo. and let it run for 5 minutes. Do not manually interfere and stand on the BACK of the dummy.

I have just ran a test on my own character with default settings and ended with 309k DPS on a Raider's Training Dummy, fighting in his BACK. This was after 5 minutes of combat.

I will try that next time when, thanks. But i still think it's very weird that i got THAT low fps, but it's for sure a hardware problem, cause wow is not the only game i get low fps in.

And your incredible low FPS makes me think there is something wrong with your PC. I can recommend installting the program Driver Booster (Free). Make sure to UNCHECK all bloatware during the installation!!! After that, start it, scan your PC and let it update all drivers.

I have already reforged all my hit. So i can't get lower than 10,0 without changing gear atm.
I have scanned my computer with the tool and no drivers was out of date.

It VERY much better now. But still not perfect (And now i even got low fps when i'm NOT in raid)

Ok. I know this is not how this CR was intended to run, but I would like some help if at all possible. I like to grp up my warrior w/ one of my healers for LFR. (Faster queues etc.)
However when I los FU and enable I want Movement. The bot just fails to function properly. I turn off movement in dungeonbuddy and all that. It seems that the pull mechanics in IWM are broken. Cannot get him to charge, leap, throw, nothing to engage combat. I will supply a log later on after I've done another run w/ these settings. If anyone has experienced this plz let me know.
