[FREE] Illidari - PvE CR for Demon Hunter

Honestly I'd love a more refined tanking profile, but I get the burn out. If you find the motivation, awesome. If not, do whatever you need to do to have fun.

Regardless, thank you very much for the profile, I've been using it exclusively to level from quest 1 to 110. Is there a tip jar link you have?

Any suggestions on what to do? Anything in particular not working? Any better rotation?

Honestly, no haha. In truth, I'm just coming back to WoW since a hiatus from Vanilla. Ideally, I'd like bot to handle dungeons and stuff, but I'm unsure of if that is a reasonable hope let alone the amount of work that'd be required. In any case, it leveled me to 110 with what you have right now so it's pretty solid for leveling.

Couldn't tip a lot, but gave what I could. :) Thanks for such a solid profile!

It does dungeons, etc. It supports movement if you want it to or uncheck Movement and Facing to do it yourself. Whatever you target it will go after if Targeting disabled. Once DungeonBuddy is released, it'll go to town on them. If you have Targeting enabled and Taunting enabled, if something is targeting someone other than you in your party, it will go after that person.

I tested a few of the CR's functionalities and it looks like it won't support questing. When I try to make it quest it simply doesn't do anything.

I can't find out if it's due to capabilities or the movement code itself. Please do test it yourself :)
 
I quest with it daily for World Quests. Make sure Movement is enabled or it won't.

Edit: As soon as HB comes back up though, I'll try it out and give you my settings. However, I usually go as Vengeance. Not sure if that matters to you.

I just enabled Quest Bot and started the world quests and it's doing them all just fine far as I can tell. Here are my settings I'm using for Questing. I feel these work the best.

Good call. I actually completely forgot about that. I'll add it in today or tomorrow and post with new changes.
 
Steel have same trouble with CR some time in questing - combat bot CR steel lose target if im get new target around me + pull them cr do nothing (((
 
the vengeance bot works flawlessly , i'm so going to move from havoc lol
may i know what your talent setting is? i don't really know much about vengeance ^^

Here are my talent choices in order of priority for me

Agonizing Flames
Burning Alive (dps talent) or Feast of Souls (tank talent)
Felblade (movement) or Flame crash (dps) or Fel Eruption (dps + stun)
Soul Rending (if you have fueled by pain Trait, sustained tank) or Feed the Demon (sustained tank)
Quickened Sigils or Concentrated Sigils (this one does a bit better as you don't have to ground cast)
Fel Devastation
Last Resort or Soul Barrier (but last resort is better)

for havoc is it designed for fr/vr? it seems when off the CR waits for it so there is a bit of a delay.
but with fr/vr on works really well just need to remember to watch your positioning ^^

Yeah I only ever used it with it enabled. If I get some time soon, I'll give it a look and turn it off and see what it's doing. It should be spamming chaos and shear if not doing something else. If you have chaos blades, then yeah it's gonna look like it's not doing much.
 
FYI - I am still working on bits and pieces of this. I decided to scrap the settings form I had and go with the "buddy-style" one as it's way easier to maintain. Also I am fixing the flask and potion stuff as well as adding some skills that were missing to Havoc. Gonna take me a few more days to finish it up, but last I tried Havoc at 840ish ilvl with Tank gear, I was hitting right around 200k dps for a solid 4 min. It will get better!
