Are you using Auto Dismount in flight? Try turning it off.

It would seem that you've got this pickpocketing and then attacking in very quick succession, which is great most of the time, however, it does seem to either go so fast that it's unable to loot the pickpocket in time or it's skipping the action altogether. Seems that it's mostly when using shadow step, but overall it seems to be about a 30-40% success rate on pickpocket.
Another issue is that it will often find itself right beside or in front of an enemy, in stealth, and unable to use ambush or garrote, it does not reposition itself or fail-safe to a non-facing attack, nor is there an option to pull using stealth but using a simple attack for pulling. The result of this is that it stares down the enemy for 45 seconds until the mob is blacklisted.
A similar problem, as you have seen many times posted, is the issue of pull distance. I have found that if an enemy is stationary, they will be just out of reach, the rogue will not take a step forward and the mob will be blacklisted. This also occurs if the mob is always walking away from you, though it is usually a non-issue since they will likely move towards the character at some point in their path. I'm not sure if this is more of an honorbuddy issue honestly, but with other melee classes it didn't seem to come up as often. This could be due to the use of stealth, or the fact that my rogue is a gnome and technically has a smaller range (though I doubt it).
I hope this is clear enough, I'm still not entirely sure which parts of honorbuddy control what, and I'm not sure how often the second two items occur in the provided log, though I did witness it happening at least once each. Also, I understand that pickpocketing seems like a small issue, but in truth I leveled my rogue for the sole purpose of farming heavy junkboxes for the insane title, so it's honestly the biggest item of concern to me.
My rogue is level 82, but this should not be relevant to the issue except that it does not aggro the low level mobs I am attempting to farm; though you don't want it to do that anyway with a stealth class.
Thank you for your continued work and support for this and other projects, you are a credit to the honorbuddy team.

A new build of this CC will be available shortly , I'm just putting the finishing touches on a few features and ironing out a few bugs.
