everything works flawlessly except Im having problems with it getting stuck trying to cast Incarnation King of the Jungle. It stops attacking and just sits there with the incarnation small aoe target circle up on the screen but never actually uses incarnation. which is preventing it from continuing on with its routine, which results in a death. Ive tried turning it off, and every other option available for it always never adds 3-5 none of the options seem to actually disable it. I dont mind it using it but when it gets stuck in the middle of its routine because of it, it sucks, adding like 10 deaths an hour to my grinding/farming spots.

Thats an odd one, what spec and what level are you? Can you attach a log file.

Trinket maybe? That's my only guess. If it's not a spell, it would have to be a trinket or racial.
thnks for this CC. One thing i noticed is it doesnt take advantage of "Clearcasting", but idm becasue i dont oom anyway besides adding checks for it would probs slow down the CC. 
Using it with a level 87 feral who used to die a bit much with Singular, now she plows through mobs. Also RAFing a (currently lvl 40) guardian with a healer via dungeons, I might start tanking on my 87 because the lowbie's tanking has been so brilliant. Thank you!
