So you really think 24/7h is a 100% proof ban? you should learn how to bot safety as its possible:

RMAH trades only on mule account, gained over 2300? in this 2 months!
 
Been running 12 bots 24/7 for over 2 months now. So what?

yes you can have multiple monkey butlers because all you need is one, then that one can train other monkey butlers
 
The basic thing is the following: don't do the same run always xD
 
2 of my bots were banned (non DB) due to excessive playtime over a short period of time. This was 2 months ago, one bot had 2200 hours since release, and the other had 600 hours in 30 days. All same IP, no VM.
The two that weren't banned were at 1600 hours since release and the other was at 900 hours in 2 months.
It's not a guarantee that you will get banned for botting 24/7, it's just much more likely.

I'm using the same paypal, botting twice as many bots, but botting them less, but much more effectively. The two bots that didn't get banned both have two characters that are paragon 100, simply because I change characters every 2 months now.
 
I have to imagine that if you run a bot 12-16 hours a day, it's less suspicious to Blizz off the cuff. After all, how do you argue out of 24/7?

Yeah but theres something you gotta know , You dont have to proove you can play 24/07 , THEY have to proove you were botting.

with own IPs or MAC? Is that what you meant?

I just find it hard to believe they would ban based on IP. I mean sure, its an indicator they can look to determine a ban. For example, you have 4 roommates all playing behind the same router, you are all on the same IP. Simply banning all accounts on that IP would mean some very unhappy people. Some companies you would be behind the same IP as well.

However MAC addresses probably should be unique for each VMWare. After all, if Blizzard registers the same MAC for all clients it seems like it would be a higher indicator of botting. Of course some people just get lucky.

actually they do, or they can expect a class action lawsuit soon. they are banning based on BEHAVIOR, aka something subjective. They have no definitive proof that the banned person did anything wrong. They are effectively stealing $$$ every time they ban someone.
