For all those 24/7h = 100%banned whiner!

actually they do, or they can expect a class action lawsuit soon. they are banning based on BEHAVIOR, aka something subjective. They have no definitive proof that the banned person did anything wrong. They are effectively stealing $$$ every time they ban someone.

hf gl filing a lawsuit against a fortune500 company over a 50$ game.

/e: might as well just rebuy the game because they caught you botting. thats what we are here for right, botting?

Exactly...

You are forgetting that you have agreed to ToC that say they can ban you when they want and you have no say, right?

Did you bother reading the ToC? They can ban you for anything. If you log in and they don't like it boom ban.

Yeah but theres something you gotta know , You dont have to proove you can play 24/07 , THEY have to proove you were botting.

The Average human can stay up for 11 days before either passing out, or worse death.

After 16 hours of being awake, you will start to lose reaction time, your perception will be morphed, your mood will be all over the place, and your motivation drops significantly.
So if you are botting 24/7, and doing this consistently, then guess what? Blizzard is going to check on your account eventually.

There are several things that this bot does, at least from what I remember, that Blizzard could use as proof.

1. Items that are not stashed are sold to the vendor at lightning speed.
2. You deposit items into stash pages that aren't open.
3. You identify items without opening your inventory.
4. You use waypoints without opening the waypoint UI.
5. Games are created without using the UI.
6. Your character only clicks on gold stacks 300 or higher, (some people have this set to more or less). You would pick up smaller stacks, but you would never click on them, big difference.
7. Your character gets illogically stuck, as in a human could figure it out in 2 seconds or less, where as the bot stands there like a retard for hours, because you aren't watching.
8. The bot never delays for bathroom breaks or food, something all humans require.
If you truly are botting 24/7 with no breaks...
9. It's impossible for someone to play with such precision while not getting any sleep.
10. If you claim you are multiple people playing the same account, you'd get banned for account sharing.

There are more, but it's not worth the time.

It's simple, if you are botting 24/7 you are more likely to have Blizzard look at your account, they will ban with proofs from above, not that you are playing 24/7. Guess what they caught you on though? PLAYING AN ILLOGICAL AMOUNT.

Do as many human things as you can to prevent Blizzard from looking at your account in the first place, use the AH both ways, upgrade your character or at least change gear, play with other people, do more than one act, farm keys, do ubers, etc etc.

You would have to be a complete moron to think that botting 24/7 is just as safe as botting 16/5 or 12/5. Do yourself a favor, stop talking to us about how you are lucky. Luck runs out.

I really doubt they can check options 2,3,4,5 it's only client side.

Even if they can't, there are things that should raise flags, such as the bot trying to create a game in which you do not have access to, trying to wp to a slot you don't have access to, trying to identify items that aren't there, trying to deposit items that aren't there, etc etc. You know there are error messages that don't normally pop up through normal play.

Well you're probally right about using not accessed waypoints. From what i can remember that few days after diablo 3 was released, there was this bot hellbuddy and one dude made profile with questing, bot was using not discovered waypoint and lot of people got banned for that. That was such a fail.

Lmao 2months that's it? Let us know if you go 6+

1. Lightning speed? I sell faster than the bot
2. They cant see that.
3. They cant see that.
4. They cant see that.
5. They cant see that.
6. my bot runs past 5 gold sometimes and 132 other times. Stupid point.
7. Your config is wrong. My bots are stuck for max 1 min. Ergo I could be getting a drink or pissing...
8. First one you got right. But I would like to see any one play this shit game for 24 hours stright any way >.<

You're right, that doesn't specifically state that it's against the rules or anything.

1. No misclicks at all when selling is unlikely at that speed.
2-5, Prove to me that they can't, do you know for a fact that a packet isn't sent when you open your inventory?
6. You are misunderstanding, the bot only CLICKS on amounts over 300, that is sent to the server.
7. My bot doesn't get stuck, but others may.

You are just lucky, if that is real.

People are getting banned again? Oh well

I have made around 1500$ in the last two months with two bots running 24/7 so I really would not care that much if banned tomorrow. Until something changes in the game to help the economy recover some there is not a ton of profit to be made unless you are running 8+ bots or so I would say.

I lie to prove my point! Not! That is one of my barbs. Its been hacking, maphacking, Imortal botting and another botting! (forgot the name) ;)

1 it sells randomly. Why would you miss click? You just got to sell all in your inv.
2-5 I cant. But if they did "scan" or need packets I think DB team would have done every thing to make it do it.
6 Well I did not know the BOT clicked on gold. Makes no sense.
