Also ich finde einige Punkte merkw?rdig ehrlich gesagt...

z.B. der Punkt 4. b) Duelle, welcher sehr danach aussieht, dass eben genau diese von vielen gew?nschten Eigenschaften, eben m?glichst "menschlich" zu wirken, quasi k?nstlich verschlechtert.
Das w?rde auch die offensichtlich schlechter werdende Qualit?t (beziehe mich auf einen aktuellen Forenbeitrag bzgl. PVP / BG Bot) , u.A. des PVP / BG Bots erkl?ren und wieso es allgemein eher keine Weiterentwicklung des "Hauptprogramms" gibt... Man ist fast schon auf die Plugindevs angewiesen um den Bot noch gescheit nutzen zu k?nnen.

Ferner finde ich es eine Sauerei, dass wiedermal andere Entwickler angeprangert werden. Ja HB hat nichts mit Cheating im Sinne von Spielmanipulation zu tun, dennoch erlaubt es einem das Spielen, w?hrend man nicht am PC ist, was auch eine Art des Cheatens ist... Schlie?lich bewegt sich mein Charakter w?hrend ich mir was zu essen mache, w?hrend der nicht Bot nutzende Spieler einfach stehen w?rde und nichts mehr tut...
Aimbots in Counter-Strike sind auch cheaten, obwohl sie einem einfach nur das Aimen abnehmen, was aber durchaus auch menschlich m?glich w?re. W?rde da jemand sagen, dass das kein Cheaten ist?

Generell unterst?tze ich ja das Engagement den eigenen Arsch zu retten, aber dabei andere Devs in den "Dreck zu ziehen" und dann auch noch versuchen durch zweifelhafte Wahrheiten sich des anbietens eines Cheatprogramms freizusprechen, find ich dann doch etwas arm...
Zumal es ja nicht das erste mal der Fall ist, dass Botdevs von Bossland GmbH Druck gemacht bekommen haben. (Bitte zwingt mich nicht nun die Artikel zu suchen ^^)

F?r mich ist das ein zweiseitiges Schwert um ehrlich zu sein...
Einerseits w?nsche ich mir nat?rlich, dass Bossland GmbH Erfolg hat - und gehe eigentlich auch davon aus, da die Punkte Blizzards wirklich abstrus wirken, auf der anderen Seite muss ich aber sagen, dass es ein Vorteil ist anderen gegen?ber und ich damit betr?ge. Dessen bin ich mir bewusst und werde auch eventuelle Konsequenzen in Kauf nehmen.

Meiner Meinung nach sollte es so laufen wie die AntiCheatbewegung der ESL (falls die noch jemand kennt). Es sollten keine Devs angeklagt werden, sondern versucht werden das Cheating einzud?mmen, durch eigene Initiativen, wie im Falle der ESL eben das Tool Aequitas. Direkt zu Klagen ist so asozial wie andere Devs mit reinzuziehen

PS: F?r ein gerichtliches Dokument (wir reden hier ja nicht von nem flaxxigen Forenbeitrag), sind dort doch einige Rechtschreib-, Formatierungs- und Grammatikfehler enthalten

This. I would NOT be playing if I couldn't use HB to farm and do the tedious crap that I can't STAND doing in WoW. Thanks to HB I'm able to work, have a family life, and enjoy the parts of wow that are actually fun while Honorbuddy/Gatherbuddy does the tedious crap that I can't stand.

I've read through what I can but I wouldn't like to translate all of it. I'm glad you've considered all the arguments put forward to you and I particularly loved the part about the invalidity of the EULA. If accepted by the courts this could redefine how gaming companies operate in Europe.
