We could not publish the particulars of claim, due to possible copyright to the autor of it, however we now publish or reply to the imputations.

It leaved my lawyers office today, it is 173 pages long and completely in german, the particulars of claim where 111 pages long.

does not sound uncommon to me. i work a a law firm here in the states that works with mostly civil litigation. we routinely get complaints that were filed that are hundreds of pages long. im not sure how it is in German law but the beginning pleatings in a case can be very numerous. especially when many records need to be produced.

Fortunately I can read a fair bit of German. I noticed that one of the points Bossland GmbH addresses is that HB/GB is not a *****ing program, because it only performs functions which could also be performed by players. Plus, Blizzard itself sells a special WoW mouse with which it becomes far easier to carry out complicated ingame commands. It's a bit hypocritical then, to call what Bossland GmbH offers "*****ing", while Blizzard is essentially doing the exact same thing.

Does anyone know if this point was also raised in the case against MMO Glider?

This is pointed out at the very beginning of the document (page 12 paragraph d)

Rechtschreibfehler? ?berweltigen sollte glaube ?berw?ltigen heissen, aber bei derart viel text kann das mal passieren :D es liest sich nur komisch

I was a glider member and will never forget that faithful day when it was ordered to be shut down. If anything this case my go faster since the legal department now knows what they need to do and so on. When bossland knows we all will know, and personally I see this case lasting until new expansion. Also be aware as the case gets older the possibility of ban waves will rise just like it did with glider and any old school glider member will tell mention this.
