Thank for the help it working now. Since I am a NE rogue, I still find shadowmeld -> ambush to maintain the FW buff take too long. Whenever shadowmeld cd is up, it never use. After few minutes, it use again.

How about setting cool down on bosses only? Don't really like the idea of toggle off on trash and forget to toggle on on boss. Or hotkey mode?

Sometimes people use for CMs etc. I dont feel particulary comfortable flagging some abilities for bosses only when infact theyre useful outside of that. Perfect solution would be a checkbox letting people select what to handle under cooldowns. But that generates more questions then good solutions i've noticed.
Use the overlay, and hopefully you wont forget
