drogofarm[GB2]MoP post nerf BETA profile pack

I've been running the fool's cap for a bit and it's worked great except for the underwater stuff. I do have the collect underwater plugin enabled in the plugins panel, but when he approaches a node that's underwater, it gets stuck. It'll try to approach it, but it'll never succeed...it dismounts and then remounts comes out of the water, goes down to the water, dismounts, remounts and back up in the air. This loop continues endlessly.

Any ideas? I've also got blacklisting enabled, but I have a feeling the underwater plugin file is doesn't have the functionality to throw it out of the loop and blacklist the node (although there's nothing wrong w/ the node, it just is underwater.)

Ty for letting me know, Ill pass this info on to plugin developer. For now id suggest not using underwater gatherer until a few of the glitches have been worked out.

There is no functionality for handling getting stuck and blacklisting that is correct.

But the plugin is using the default movement routine which in theory should get you unstuck. But apparently it doesn't in this case. I have never seen it get stuck on an underwater node. But it's definitely something that is not being handled at the moment. I'll see if I get around to see if I can come up with a fix for that.

Note: That this is how it has always worked. It's not a regression.

the underwater gatherer just keeps swiming a few yards down then flying straight up then back down non stop

Using fool's cap one, I keep getting stuck on this tree flying from dread wastes to townsong right on the border. Don't have exact spot I'll try to get it next time.

yeah kun kai if for snow lily, i agree jade is the best for ore atm. An ore profile is one of the many things im worken on atm.

try using a small mount. ill run fools cap for 6 hours tonight, see if i can recreate the stuck. ill keep u posted
 
Updating to 2.9 for various issues including stucks, deaths, bad nodes on all profiles
 
Updated to 2.9 and in dread wastes around 69, 17 there are a ton of mantids that the bot ends up fighting and just gets owned about 4-5 times before it can rez and leave.

releasing 3.0 tonight with fixes to fools cap for deaths/stucks /bad nodes
 
I'd like to see the underwater gatherer plugin work in jade forest cause many rain poppy are under water and many ghost iron is as well.
 
ive noticed a lot of ppl using these profiles on my server, taken all my herbs /shakes fist. I knew these profiles would bite me in the butt. hahaha.
If its happening to me it prob happening to others, so im worken on donator profiles with diff paths running in oposite directions for like 1$ or something stupidly cheap like that. pm if u interested. Ill prob set up my own forums or somthing like that i suppose.

From what i can tell from log u posted u have merely seconds between stucks, furthermore i c no GB2 kicking in after 20 secs and blacklisting node automatcally.
From my deductions i can only assume your anti stuck measures for my profiles are too quick.
Pls allow Gb2 default setting to automatically blacklist after its allocated time (20 sec default).
The reason i say this is because Gb2 is heading towards a node for both your stucks, meaning that default setting should blacklist for u.
The only reason u should get a log out stuck is when the bot gets stuck while it isnt heading towards a node, say in a tree or something, then thats a lot different and i would heavily investigate problem. For now i would change your anti stuck measure for my profiles since ive done all the work in blacklisting any node that takes longer that 20 secs to harvest on ALL my profiles.

Not bad yields for post nerf even if i do say myself :P
Your yields could be a tad higher, but its the usual stuff, goggles, max flying, ect ect

the only thing that would make this any better would be if it was possible to set it up to mail the herbs to one toon and the ore to a different toon. but I don't think that is possible with gatherbuddy.
