Right now it doesn't give me free time. I don't even play WoW anymore but I am infatuated with botting, mostly as a hobby. I like to sell the gold for the extra cash.

I've been bringing up two accounts simultaneously to bot with and, while I am almost done leveling them, I have had to create custom profiles with them and iron out those problems. I'm pretty much in front of the computer all day right now. At least until my certification comes in the mail and I can start working again.

After that, I can see myself spending less time on the computer, although I'll probably just start playing another MMO.

Honestly, I tend to babysit my bot all the time. Or well, except when I'm asleep. I usually check a movie & tabs down every 5-10 mins to see what my bot's doing.

The thing about me, is that I'm tired on the actually "farming/leveling" concept. I'm just too lazy to do it myself, and I get quite enjoyed by watching my character doing stuff auto.

Watching TV, cleaning my apartment and stuff :P.. so i'll guess it gives me some sparetime.

When IB becomes AFK Friendly then yes it will. Can't wait. Worst part of the game is the HC justice Point grind.

At the moment I simply farm honor and use it for levelling 9which is usually afk friendly).

I play xbox and watch the bot, or do homework, so i guess it lets me do other things. it would help if i had friends.

It does, but it doesn't.. I still babysit my bot 99.9% of the time to make sure nothing is happening. When I'm afk I'll enable BuddyCenter and load up TeamViewer just in case some pesky ass wants to bother me. Even if I'm in the living room I'll open teamview every 3-5 mins on my iphone and check my chat logs.

That's why Mr.Honorcap plugin is for. Leave your bot on BG farming and have it exchange honor points for justice ones ^_^

Oh, and yes, I have plenty spare time now that I don't have to care about ridiculous dailies to farm gold to have access to items that give me acces to instances so that I can have new items that give me access to... more instances... :-/

Lots of extra freetime. I leave the bot running when I'm at work, in class, at the gym or out and about. The options for me were either have this bot up and running and whatever freetime I do have then I'll play or not play WoW at all. So Blizzard should be happy that I'm botting because they're getting an extra $15/month that they otherwise wouldn't have been getting.

Indeed. I run dual monitors so I have the bot on one while i play bf2 on the other. Before I had to choose which one id rather play. Now I don't.

Indeed here too! I am a casual botter. I will have 2 bots leveling on one computer, another bot leveling on another computer, and me playing one of the higher level characters on yet another computer.

Please note that I usually only bot questing profiles with every so often I run a home made custom grinding or gather profile. So, I think I bot anywhere from 1 hr to 4 hours with the occasional 6 hours of botting and playing time and then take a break. There are times where I will play every day, and there are other times, I activate a social life and get on like once a week.

The botting has help me become a lot more self sufficient by leveling characters for me so that I have a much easier time maxing professions. And that is really wonderful as I play on too damn many realms these days!

More time well leveling not really. Between baby sitting and working out bugs. At 85 definitly. I use gb which save me countless hours of farming and let's me enjoy end game content. Honestly I hear people talk about gaining 30 levels one click and through my experience I can't believe it.

Its good to come home after a long day at work and sports to see your toon gathered enough material to get some decent gold at the AH so i can enjoy pvping oder raiding in the evening without having to worry to have enough gold for bufffood, flask and so on.

nah it doesnt... since most is sloppy and outdated...

babysitting 80 % of the time.

so no.. it doesnt give me free time... more stress on the other hand

by finding out nothing gets done about it!

While browsing the Forums i watch the Buddy level a Pala and Warrior :)
