25 mil budget
38k hp
800 AR
8% Life steal
45k dps
0 dph
With that budget, I could easliy get 50k hp, 75k dps and 1.1k AR and I would still have more than 0 dph. Your stats are laughable at that budget, I could get those stats on a 10 mil budget. Also, tough as nails provides more EHP than 3% life steal, this can be proven mathematically. Would you rather have +armor on every piece of gear, or 3% lifesteal which you can get on any shitty might belt? You're basically giving up 2k armor for 3% life steal. 2k armor = 8 rolls of armor, 3% life steal = 1 roll of life steal.
