By the way, what is lifetime?

Hmmmm

Kinda getting pissed of here just got home from work and wanted to start my DB Bot and it said Invalid code and i thought hmmm i had no idea what just had happened so i tried to type my code in again and still same answer and the i went to theese foums and could see all lifetime codes expired WTF i bought a Life time product then i read you had changed it to 3600 days i thought iam still ok. And there Boom i bought my copy in 2014. And now this no warning no nothing via email or anything and now i have to buy the product again ... iam quite sure this is not Legal in my Country none the less i would like to have my key activatet again without having to pay because you guys(Bossland) didn't give me any notice about this and i simply can't afford buying a new key thought it was a 1 time thing when i initially bought the program or a Refund for my purchase from the start i should still have 7 years + on my license
 
So my key is now invalid, tought there was something wrong since last time i checked those who bought lifetime before june 1st 2016 was going to keep their lifetime as a thanks for their support. I am a longtime user and was gladly supporting the buddy community by buying lifetime for several games. This was felt like a suckerpunch to the face honestly, as a longtime supporter of this group this is not the way you should treat the costumers beliving in your products by purchasing lifetime products. Shame on you!
 
I suppose there are other D3 bots. I accept that they underestimated their costs and I am willing to pay to keep Demonbuddy rolling. I think it is safe to assume that they had to do this or shut it down. Which is more preferable?

So when i get my refund for my 3 lifetime "10year" keys i purchased i'll buy the new yearly subscription.

but again how is that my fault. i didnt even use my accounts for almost a year due to cancer.. but that is not your fault. am i crying saying wait i idnt use it so you have to let me keep playing. nope i did not.

I hate to say this but I get the feeling the all the "lifetime keys" would be ending this year anyways. After reading all the post about legal costs Im surprised they have stayed in business this long. I think 2017 will be the last year for Bossland.
 
since they fucked up everyones lifetime keys, i sent them an email asking for a trial key so I could gear up my WD abit.
Just got a reply, they sent me an invalid key lolz. Feelsbadman, poop on my face then proceed to thoroughly rub it in...

Why the fuck would you not grandfather in the lifetime purchasers for at least the first two years. I understand changes, but you are just screwing everyone.

Your product isn't even viable anymore, how and why would anyone purchase a key AGAIN?

This is for Diablo also? I thought I had 10 years it wasn't lifetime. Why was that changed?

May I ask how long is the trial key going to last for? 1 day?
 
I'm feeling harmed by this change. I remember when I bought my license the DemonBuddy had the options of 1 year, 3 years or LifeTime.
I spent more than I could at the time to buy the LifeTime license and now you change the rules and do not care about buyers? This is an injustice.

This change was not warned in advance to users.
I think it should be given a few more years, after all we bought a "Life Time".
 
I purchased a set of 3 lifetime keys in 2012 for both Demonbuddy and Honorbuddy.

I probably would have purchased per-year if lifetime was not an option, but instead you sell an unviable product then punish the users for buying it. I will no longer be supporting this company.

How did you support them before ?

You made a one time purchase. There would have been 0 revenue for the next 7 years.
