[Discussion] Life-time keys expiring now

Guys you are all offering excellent views on this horrible news by Bossland.

This is a sinking ship. Blizz is slowly but surely forcing Bossland out of business.
This completely illegal and corrupt move on Bossland's part is a last ditch move to stave off the hounds at the front door!

mine was also "lifetime".. now its expired....
 
Here's the thing. Every Lifetime user can complain all they want, there's no win here for you (as this is coming from someone who had 2 LT keys). Since you had paid *ONCE* for the LT key, you ended up *COSTING* them money in the long run. If you choose to not continue using DB, there's no downside for Bossland for that. That's still a net positive for them as there WILL be people that will buy new keys (or have bought keys after they stopped selling LT keys).

So I don't see what the endgame here is for everyone since I doubt that someone is going to try and actually start a lawsuit (which I've seen that threat thrown around by all of the lawyers we have here, obviously)... Even if someone did, I don't see that going anywhere.

And for Diablo there simply arent any good alternatives. The other 2 "bigger" bots both have massive issues or have been detected 1-2 weeks ago.

I want to keep botting D3 and a 1 year sub is already a good deal if the bot stays up for "just" 2 more months.

I think it'd go places, because this kind of thing is almost certainly illegal (I know, I know, I'm not a lawyer)... but equally I agree that I don't see anyone actually suing them.
 
bossland has burned his rep and no one that has purchased life times will continue to use this. Your right that nothing will come of this besides them losing in masses the people that they ripped off.

bossland has shown that he is running a scam and that is all this is...a big scam.
 
This is a sad day. I bought my LT key a few years back and I will not be returning due to false advertisement. If you can not trust a company to keep their word then they are not worth the time of day to stay with as they may do the same thing to the monthly subscribers by doing this to them by changing 1 months to 3 days or something.

You've lost a lot of reputation when all you had to do is ASK the community to help and we would have gratefully opened our pockets to you to help out!
 
Absolute garbage change. One to three day notice? Way to shit on us. Maybe if you had a plan to roll this out say... in a few months and give people notice to digest it. But to log on and all of a sudden lifetime key is now expired? Check DB forums and find out this notice was put out a silly three days ago? Shitting on all your customers who might have bought a new key had they more warning. Not to mention this verification thing on your site is annoying as hell too.

You seemed to miss the part when I said if this is the worst that happens that is a net gain for Bossland. We have been costing them money for a while now. So if we all didn't buy another key and stopped... That's bad for them how? They weren't getting money from us to begin with beyond our single purchase.

So what was the harm in leaving life time key owners with there key? because i for one will not be buying a new one..
im expecting a refund since they are no longer able to provide me with the service i paid for...
 
While some ppl is sueing this bossland. Here's what to do.

Anyone who purchased the service thru paypal can get the refund.

2~20 ppl's refund won't hurt. because they will only be like $50~500

Everyone need to send refund to customer service.

I am sure there is like 1000 of players.

1000 reports of refund will not only close BOSSLAND'S Paypal account but will be refunding like - $25000.00 in matter of month.

This guy doesn't understand the consequences he made.

I am giving him 3 days.

They took my lifetime license back because they're thinking my life had been ended maybe.
 
Just because they need money and they don't give a fuck about law. Bad company management ? Don't worry, steal your customers ;)

How can i request a refund in paypal if i bought my bot in January 2015?
 
good luck dealing with paypal lol I had the same problem with another bot and couldn't get the refund.
