Grow thicker skin fella's. We all have the right to get pissed off. hell, I am extremely annoyedand I want to tell everyone to F off but there isn't really an expectation of professionalism.... I mean seriously? Honor among thieves doesn't stop them from kicking the dog shit out of each other when they feel like it and then going out drinking together the next day.....

I'm annoyed aswell, and I'm no expert in coding and whatever shit they are doing.
But if it isn't a coding problem, if it is server problems, why not switch to better servers?
Explain to me what auth servers do.
 
annoyed, but i won't go as far as flaming the forums, let them do their jobs. one good thing about this is that while the bots on my server is down, i can sell of my inventory as there will be a rise in demand of raw mats.
 
I must literally be the only person without problems. My little ARelog works just fine. Tilemap is null! Continue anyway, works just fine. I understand the anger, I do. The first week or two of MoP was horrible. People who make their money off selling gold, casuals, PvPer's, even devs who play were hit hard. I joined late Cata, so I saw this bot in its prime, MoP rewrote the game, they have to adjust for that. Tony and G are always stalking the forums, constantly saying their fixing things, and really want it to be working again. Natforth and Bambam said in other posts they currently play WoW and are affected by the auth trouble just as we are. I had Pirox and Glider, HB is so much better than they were, so many more possibilities. They just have to work out the kinks. Everything is slowly getting back up, they are adjusting BGBuddy for less botty use, everyone has been pretty vocal about wanting Dungeonbuddy back up, and with Kick back, the questing is moving along.
Logs help show them what to fix, start there.

- This webpage loads EXTREMELY slow
- The bot has goon from working 110% to work once in a blue moon.

How can it take 2-3 months to fix this?

Pirox was a monthly subscription. there was no vanishing, he announced he's closing (no more sales and subs) and the bot itself worked for about 2.5 months after the announcement. zero money was taken. what DID vanish with my money, is this bot for the past 2 months, as well as with the money of every person you've sold it to since Aug 28, since you've never stopped sales even when it was outright down for 10 days after the patch.

You can get arelog to continue on the tilemap is null error? I always have to manually check the box and click don't send to continue.
 
Is this effecting DemonBuddy too, i cant log in to that bot either?
Side note: no matter how much you flame devs they are still going to fix it when they do none of these forum posts will make them want to go any faster.
Dont get me wrong im pissed that my bots (HB and DB) arent working but I dont think its necessary to flame on forums, even the best bots have downtime its a fact of life, and its not like they need to compensate me, im pretty sure i paid like $20 for my LIFETIME pass.

Listen fan boys stop defending the designers. Its been about 2 months now since this bot we paid for has went down hill. This is money everyone has paid and a proper service is expected after that length of time. I wouldn't be surprised if they created another bot with a subscription so they can get more money. This is a one time fee bot so I wouldn't be surprised if they are just slowly letting it die out. Just my thoughts and opinions.

An error like this dosnt just "Happen" either their servers went down, to a hardware fault, or someone fucked up and they dont have a backup, or some chinese are trying to ***** their auth servers again, its not easy to just "Fix" :)

I think the problem is that you view them as allmighty superhuman coders of doom, they are Human, they cant just "Fix" server spam, ***** attempts or hardware issues, its your money yes, but how much did you pay? A pitty 25E or so, they are not microsoft or apple with 10000x technicians. Besides, your whine wont change anything.

Saw a few of you post your "shock" that a bunch of old HB keys were being used again. No Sh*t its a new xpac, don't use auth servers if you can't handle the demand wtf plan ahead be proactive this should have been seen by a mile and anticipated. Being reactive instead of proactive is completely blowing up and as one of your valued customers of multiple bossland products im fucking pissed, fix it.

please stay calm, i have already banned that many that i do not want to add any new ones into my list today

It sounds like you have hardware-problems, not software-problems, since otherwise you would be fixing this problem straight away (atleast that's what you used to do)...?

I wont complain since I know you'll do your best to fix the problem.
