no kidding, every weekend its the same thing... authentacation errors, random disconnects, cant download meshes... enough is enough
 
Yet I have tried every other damn BOT and they are all way worse and the community is not a large.
 
I can?t do anything for around a week now. thats horrible.
 
Actually, I feel like Bossland products are quickly losing their good reputation. Ryftomate was a complete fail, Buddywing is a complete fail and since MOP HB has been complete fail.

For what keep it? Soon have the law-result, then anyway they need stop it.. do you think they put now their efforts in something that they soon cannot sell anymore? The only thing what they are doing now is, to get as much as money as possible to have safe pensions later on....
 
The faster the courts shut them down the sooner a new (big) bot will pop up.

Point was, be proactive, and this is more an auth issue than a bot issue to those who are thinking this is bot based thread. Its obvious this authentication method is a complete fail, yes the bot isn't 100% but without the auth its usable. I remember this project from the ground up but nostalgia won't make it work now and in the future, Devs i'm saying that proactive is key to product development.
 
I love how people like to "throw their weight around", the plain and simple truth is this: IF THERE WAS A BETTER FUCKING BOT OUT THERE YOUR ASS WOULD BE USING IT. The truth is: THIS IS THE BEST ALL AROUND BOT OUT THERE AND YOU KNOW IT SO SHUT YOUR LITTLE BITCH MOUTH UP AND DEAL WITH IT.

Sorry to come across strong but you and many others that recently joined have no clue what this community has been through or how all of this works. I paid the lifetime fee back when it was first introduced and I would gladly pay it again. A one time fee to have this for lifetime... dirty cheap. I have made over 11 million gold, so do the math, even with the cost of the WoW accounts I have made way more money that my investment cost. My RoI (return on investment) is HUGE as well as everyone else's.

STFU and give them time to work out the kinks, it hasnt even been 30 days since MoP was released. Back when Cata first dropped, which most of you dont remember because you just recently jumped on the bandwagon, but Xfly01 should remember, I was still using GB, and leveled all of my toons that way because questing and everything else was so buggy. By the end of cata I was doing full 1-85 nearly AFK. Just switched a few profiles here and there to get a headstart on the next area.

Have faith that they are working on it, and again the bottom line is that you have made WAY more than it cost you for this bot. If you took the money you spent on this bot and paid a leveling service, bought gold, paid a pvp server or whatever you would be upside down. Your cost would be insanely higher than buying this bot. So you already have a huge RoI for this bot. Grow up, shut your mouth, and be helpful in giving solutions to problems to the devs so they can get us an even better HB than we had at the end of cata.

EDIT: before people comment on my "join date", if you remember we didnt used to have join dates until we had to sync our login name for the bot with our forum name. I took that opportunity to change my forum name so my join date does not reflect correctly.

I think the problem for many "old timers" is that we didn't really have any info or communication for a while, and they did go out and say; 1 week into mop this will run. Didn't expect this, i can live without questing and bg botting and all that fancy stuff. But grinding and gathering is in my termonology rather simple things. Would just've liked them to be a bit better at forecasting the load on the servers, and had have solutions to this(maybe just a working grind and a gb) and work from there.

But HB has been a good product so far, just hoping it returns to the same lvl :)

Time for them to upgrade infrastructure me thinks...

new router, switch maybe? maybe additional switches? - stacked switches? redundant links? aggregate links? or perhaps simply better server hardware?

something seriously needs to be done though... authentication issues and the general speed/reliability of the bot as of right now... nowhere near good enough IMO.

Kinda wondering what you're doing with our money right now. After all the nagging issues that need to get fixed actually get fixed this bot will be back to pre MOP, I just get the feeling it's not top priority.

If you do like it, go somewhere else. It was posted roughly a month ago in the forums that it may take over a month to get HB back and fully working 100% because of the new expansion. Again, if you do like it. shut the hell up and go make your own damn bot

So why dont you take your own advice "shut the hell up." The authentication errors we are bitching about should have nothing to do with the mop end of this bot and the frequency of the errors are really getting old. So unless you want to issue the entire HB community refunds on the company's behalf, shut your mouth and keep it shut until you get off your period.
 
What is the ETA? When can we expect working auth servers, or remove auth completely.

I used to work for phone tech support and each time I used to get a call from a customer with your attitude my team used to just wind them up more and record the reaction. Its all on youtube now. Some funny shit!

Pirox was a monthly subscription. there was no vanishing, he announced he's closing (no more sales and subs) and the bot itself worked for about 2.5 months after the announcement. zero money was taken. what DID vanish with my money, is this bot for the past 2 months, as well as with the money of every person you've sold it to since Aug 28, since you've never stopped sales even when it was outright down for 10 days after the patch.
