Did u read my post? All what theyr doing is, set up a restriction for german users...they will do it, so that the law cant do anything..they just follow the rules....if im doing my own thing and use 3rdparty tools to elude this, then bossland cant be made responsible for this...k?
 
If you have to close it for EU (European Union) , remember that norway is not a part of EU. :P

I think that by doing ** filtering Bossland is doing everything he can to prevent that from happening. Tech savvy users from Germany circumventing this is something he can't possibly be expected to prevent. Though, you never know.

Or since the date is probably next week and therefore in the short term it's a viable option to assure people from Germany don't connect. I'm not saying he should did it only that he could do it. All of these solutions are meant to be short term, a year from now is irrelevant in the context of what is going on right now.

You're right, cause someone lives in Germany this week can't be slated to move next week.

Fooled? It's not like the buddy team CHOSE to prevent german users from using the bot, nor is it a punishment of some kind.

The injunction can merely be understood to only apply within the federal repulic of germany. Therefore he can legally allow players from all around the world to use his product. Why should he prevent them from accessing the program just because German users cannot?

Don't worry, your time will comme soon, right after the hearing.

Keep on supporting the team!

Dont feel like that, stick in, I bet bossland and the team does what they can do start selling to people again also, So just take it easy

And for god sake, Dont blame Bossland or the Team, Its blizzards fault. Not Bosse's
 
You can't say Blizzard is at fault... You're using a program that goes against their TOS. It's not a god given right you have to bot their game.

I'm all for the buddy team, and Blizzard has no legal stand here to prevent them from operating and supporting their bot, but please, let's be realistic and not blame Blizz for doing everything they can to protect their interests.

Even if I hate them since the merger.
