Yout battlenet-account has nothing to do with your DB-account.....they dont restrict diablo3 man...
I think connecting via *** is possible...i will do that ;)

What time EST would you think the bot will be ready to download and go?

Asking so i can if needed go home early from work and get it going, the one day i didn't leave my home computer on !

Bossland, this is good news but... Are you 100% safe by doing this? I don't want you to even consider allowing us to use DB unless you are 100% certain that your lawyers are correct.
My concern is 100% on you and your employee's, not a bot - please be safe in your decision.
 
You know, if hes filtering out - yeah we all know what hes filtering out.. hes obviously doing it for a reason

Don't use one, it can be potentially harmful to bossland. Would you rather start botting again in 10 hours, only to find out that the bot is shut down forever, or wait a few days and make sure that it's safe?

Please, just think about bossland before you go doing anything. We don't want him to get in more trouble with blizz than he already is.
 
u should host ur server outside germany so u will not have any problems without it

lol...please think before posting...how should i harm bossland? Its my own decision, that bossland cant affect. Its like blame a car company for all the car accidents in the world...

Ugh, someone obviously didn't read the details on the lawsuit.
Giving people in Germany access to the bot = big no no.
 
It's also possible that he already has some I.P. data that can be used to figure out where existing customers are and he can block those ones from authenticating.
