You really think it would be released on Wednesday? Patchday...

Warden wont really dellay since HB already uses anti warden measures so it wouldn't really be a problem.

You do realize there are other people in the world right? Not everybody plays on EU servers.

Lol i used to run 15 wow accounts on my Rigg

and i paid for electricity bill = 80us so i make that in 1 day

here in my country botting = very good since what i made with botting in 1 month i dont make it on 6 month of work, i used to live with botting but i decide to get a stable job and here im botting and wroking so i have no problem at all

Price of a high-end PC to run 10x bots exceeds US$5,000 if you're not living in the US.
Electricity bills of 10x low-end PCs is costly if you're not living near a Power Plant.

I can run 10x wow's on a $500 pc

Now d3, i dunno yet.

Kick is right. I can run 4 WoWs on a 239 dollar pc from Dell. Core 2 Duo, 8 gigs of ram. I can imagine how many instances a 1000 dollar PC can run.

wow and hb together run about 2%-3% cpu usage on my main comp (8 core amd 8150 @ 4.4ghz). If I had the 3930k intel it would prob run 1% lol

on my bot comp, ~8% together (each) - (4 core amd 965 @ 3.5ghz)

or you can also ... make a good pc, running 10+ bots for 600e/800$, if you got a brain and some computerknowledge :)

The business of Botting is to bot in mass, im talking about 10 account+ i will do a quick mats (you guys know it but this is how this business work to make some good cash)

10 accounts = 5mil Gold daily
50mil gold daily @ lets say 2$ = 100us
30 days x 100us = 3k us

now lets say some problem happend during the botting and you doing to 1.5k us, still good cash, well for me its, since i live in Dominican republic and im living with 500us monthly, my salary is 500us monthly so i will be making triple or more that i made working and thats calculating just 10 accounts, im omw to 30 account so you do mats from there.

At the moment im selling gold @ 7$/mil and with 3 accounts im getting = 105us daily

Do you have a regular job, or going to school?? ...
I just want to buy this only for my personal fun, not to sell gold and stuff, but because people like you the prices for this bot will probably be higher than normal.
Sight...

First off, What IS normal? Theres no set price yet thats an unfair statement... But to be honest with you, the demand for this bot is the only thing that will drive the price up. Ultimately YOU are also the reason the price of the bot will rise. And him.. And myself.

Yeah, but I don't want the bot for the profit. For me paying 60euros for game was quite a lot, and it will be very stressful to pay for the bot also...
I only want to use the bot when I'm at work to gain some gold to buy better items. That's it. For that dude that is illegally selling gold for profit naturally it doesn't cost anything, but me personally, I never broke the law, or will. Even the common sense one... ;)

Im trying to understand your logic. And im having a hard time. You know that botting is also against Blizzard TOS? It doesn't matter if you bot for yourself or financial gain, its still NOT ALLOWED!
Another thing id like to say without beating this horse up more than we have is, Diablo and the bot or any game and any bot for that matter is for FUN. If you're struggling financially, this is not the time to be splurging on extras. I remember a few years ago when I barely moved into my new condo, man I was on a SUPER TIGHT budget. I stop playing wow for about 3 months.

Since when is selling gold illegal and not just against the company's EULA/TOS? Lol, illegal...

Man.. that does sound stressful.. Let's petition that the guys who spent hundreds of man hours developing the bot just hand it over to you... /sarcasm

While I will not be using the bot for a financial gain as well, I do not understand the point you are making.
You are questioning the legality of it?
If you use the bot, for any reason, it is still against the Terms of Service you agreed upon with Blizzard.

ill def get it but would probly wait awile for all the bugs to be worked/fixed with

Blizzard Entertainment - Terms of Use.
Section 9c. Blizzard owns the gold. It can only be sold with Blizzard's authorization.

Also, IRS does not like any additional income that you may have earned which does not get reported.

Blizzard TOS is not the law. So there's that. Selling gold is not illegal. Not reporting it in your taxes of course is.

I have never made enough in a year to be over my country's "must pay taxes" limit. So i am lawful. If i was over the limit and not pay taxes then i would be illegal.

Get it?

TOS/EULA are a bunch of rules companies wish to impose upon you. Nothing in them stands unless it is backed up by THE LAW. So if they say: Don't steal ACT III of Diablo 3 and make a different game from it, then they are within the law (copyright). If they say: You bought a device but in fact we wish to still kinda own it and you can't mess with the code for your own benefit, then they are wrong (jailbreaking deemed legal in the US). If you think for a minute Blizzard wouldn't sue every last gold seller out there if it was in fact illegal then you are mistaken. They still sued Bossland for making the bot and you know what? That's still not clear if it's legal or not. Otherwise he would be behind bars or paying millions and not battling it out in court.

It's not a law. You are correct. However, it's a form of a contract. You have agreed on it, and it holds up in the U.S. court of law.
A famous example when ToS/EULA was used to sue someone would be the George Hotz (GeoHot) vs Sony Entertainment.
