i think they just double the sessions/duration of every active key of DB there is ... they made the bot, i think they can handle that without a lot of paper work ;)

if you got 1 key for 1 year, you get 1 extra key and +1 year... so you end up with 2 sessions for 2 years ._.

if you got lifetime, you can keep botting in the afterlife :D

We got a injunction today so we stopped sales and the download.

I have now analysed the injunction with my lawyers, and they believe it is only for the territory of Germany. However no one wants to swear on it, so I am left to decide whether I let the new DB be downloaded by all the existing customers or not. In the end i am personally liable with money ( 250.000 EUR per event ) or even jail.

So give me one or two more day until I figure out what is the best way to deal with it, and of course to finally get the papers written by Blizzard, and what they exactly did write in there.

All of you that have the time to wait a bit longer, will get the double sessions and time for Demonbuddy, all the rest will be refunded soon.

Da das Urteil zur EV sehr wage beschrieben ist, und man sich daraus keine Aussage machen kann, was nun genau zu unterlassen ist und was nicht.

Bin ich gezwungen, mir noch 1-2 Tage Zeit zu nehmen und das ganze nochmal mit meinen Anw?lten zu analysieren und ebenso die EV zu bekommen und zu lesen.

Da ich auch privat hafte, muss ich die Schritte ich ich unternehme genauenstens ?berpr?fen und abstimmen.


Alle die bereits eine R?ckzahlung w?nschten, werden demn?chst diese auch bekommen. Alle die weiterhin an uns glauben, bekommen die doppelten Sessions und Laufzeit f?r Demonbuddy.




Nach meiner Meinung sind wir ganz schnell wieder beim Tagesgesch?ft.

No refund or compensation needed here Boss. I'm in this thing for the long haul with you guys. Everyone who bought the bot knew (or should have known) about your current legal battles with Blizzard, and that any bot can be shut down at any day. They chose to purchase lifetime keys knowing that. Anyone who asks for a refund should be shot.
 
Boss, we should all go to the court case, and we can have flour bombs.. and when blizzard comes into court we flour bomb them and we can wear matching t-shirts :D

you can still offer updates unofficial way. Someone irrevelant to you can distribute an .exe which patches current DemonBuddy to work with latest Diablo 3 patch. You can't held responsible, since an unknown programmer patches current demonbuddy then puts on rapidshare :)

Really? you cant wait a few days? Omg Ur talking about a man's freedom here dude. I bet that if you were in his shoes u would already had the site closed down. Look at this from another perpective.

IB bot is down, DB bot is down , if both bots stays down for a week or two the gold prices is gonna sky rocket again! Yeeey, more profit for when they come back up??

Let the man take his time and think about what he wants to do , its his freedom and a TON of money in there. I am sure you can survive without the bot a few days!

IB is not down. It got updated 1 hour after servers resumed. Just sayin.

Won't be turned over into Blizzards lawyers hands?
 
Nach der langen Zeit, in der ich hier registriert bin, gibt es gar keinen Grund NICHT ans Buddy-Team zu glauben. Ich hab Zeit...und wenns Wochen dauert :)

Frage: Ich hab den anderen 40-Seiten Thread ein bisschen ?berflogen, aber eine Sache nicht mitbekommen. W?hrend Boss auf eine Anh?rung/Richter/Anwalt/whatever wartet, wird der Bot weiterfunktionieren? Ich bin eben erst nach Hause gekommen und heute Mittag scheinen einige geschrieben zu haben, dass der Bot nicht geht. Er funktioniert nur momentan tadellos, deswegen bin ich leicht verwirrt ^^

yes this was answered by hawker, its protected by a data protection law.

EU privacy laws are too strict blizzard wouldn't even bother asking.

There is no chance of that being an issue at all. Data protection laws apply even if Blizzard asked.

Umm never tought of this. I hope they safe... if not detectable atelast i hope they dont have to turn the datas over..... or if they do i really hope they mess it up in some way :p so blizz cant read lol

Even if Blizzard could prove that some person was botting / using exploits, they have no legal handle on that person whatsoever other than banning their game account (I am talking german law, other countries law may vary, like Asia for example, where botting explicitly gets you jailtime if you are charged and convicted).
