It would be nice if there was a mode for low level mob farming either via toggle or it actually detecting the targets health, whereby it only casts moonfire and then lets the target die and doesnt necessarily do a facetarget if it is already able to cast, it looks unnatural when killing large numbers of low level mobs for it to face each one and begin a whole rotation

If not a low level killing mode, perhaps the option to disable all spells on/off so you could disable wrath/starfire/starsurge, manually push it into solar and then leave it using eclipse buffed sunfire/insect swarm to kill mobs :)

Ofc im aware you dont have all the time in the world, so these are just ideas to add into the mix if you get a little time between maintaining all your other CCs and rebuilding your home
 
Anyone have any suggestions for the healing percentages when in Balance spec on the beta CC? Playing around with it, but I can't find a good set.

I honestly found the defaults pretty workable as balance, although up until 80 all it had to do was keep me alive while I did archaeology.

It might help if you gave us an idea what sort of gear you're in and what level you're at.
 
Regarding balance healing id like to suggest there be separate margins for when to heal in combat and out of combat

To give an example, the character attacks a mob and drops to 55% health, margin is set to 50% so it goes to attack another mob.. it places a dot and recieves a hit back that reduces it to 45% health.. because its gone below the margin it then starts healing even thought it might have plenty of HP to kill the mob sucessfully. On some mobs in tol barad the incoming dmg is nearly as high as the healing so you have a mob beating on you for so long that the dots expire but you arent attacking it back because you are healing and if you have more than 1 mob and the incoming damage is too high it just continues until it dies

If you upped the margin to 80%, it would start healing far too soon and do very little damage, if you set it to 20% then it would happily pull on only 20% hp

Now if the out of combat margin was 80% and the in combat margin was 20% it wouldnt enter combat with less than 60% of its hp available to burn before it would drop damage and start healing, it would be less likely to die because it left a mob up beating on it while trying to outheal the damage.

When leveling using the 80-85 zones i've seen this plenty of times, i've seen my druid getting its ass kicked by incoming damage from a mob that only has 1k hp left and could be killed instantly if it just cast another moonfire instead of healing. Litterally burning its whole mana pool and then dying. Perhaps there is a more elegant way to do it im not sure

do you think its possible to add MAUL to the bear form. So for example cast maul when I have 90 % rage. That would be fantastic. In case I am just blind and you did it already - sorry.

okay, i?ve tried the Beta and the old one...

the beta don?t work (it says in log, that it works, but it don?t^^)

the old one works godlike, travel form works also perfect ;)

This CC will undergo (yet ANOTHER) major rewrite in the next couple of weeks.

Yes, it will include dedicated heal bot capabilities. :D
 
in both cc?s or only in the beta??
because i use the old one and there is no water form
 
Hi, is there any way to stop it spamming hurricane on instance pulls? it OOM's me so fast :( .. Other then that awesome CC :)
 
hmm, maybe im doing something wrong because that option isnt there .. CC Config > Balance only has the following .. Primary DPs Spell, Farie Fire, Insect Swarm, Moonfire, Starsurge and Force of nature .. no Typhoon :(
 
one last thing, ive looked and cant find it .. how to stop it spamming thorns on myself or tank ... im playing boomkin atm .. thorns is a waste >_<

Have you even looked at a damage meter and seen how much damage Thorns (on the tank) is actually doing? Its a lot of damage.
 
yeah, the only problem is that its casting on me not the tank :( .. im not getting attacked :(

Your CC is great but "private const string FileName" inside your Settings.cs should be detected dynamically.. I renamed the CC folder and had to figure out why it wasn't working any more :D
